Sembra che devono essere i clienti al suo servizio invece di essere lui al servizio dei clienti. C'erano delle persone dietro di me che volevano prelevare, mandava tutti allo sportello automatico. Un'ora prima della chiusura della filiale diceva che la cassa della banca chiude un'ora prima. E' vero che le banche sono molto comode, ma una cosa del genere non l'avevo mai sentita. Bad service. Dovevo personalmente venire alla filiale perché c’era una cliente che ha usato il mio numero di cellulare su quello mi arrivavano tanti messaggi in utili per me. Quelle poche volte che ho avuto bisogno dell'operatore ho trovato persone gentili e professionali. I hardly ever needed the counter because both the app and the website are very well done.
