★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acceso un mutuo presso di loro, ho altri finanziamenti attivi e nel complesso sono sempre stato soddisfattisimo sia delle condizioni che della cortesia con cui mi hanno seguito. Ho consigliato questa banca (e in particolare la filiale di viale Rovereto) ad alcuni colleghi e posso assicurare che ne sono stati tutti contenti.
I have a mortgage with them, I have other active funding and overall I was always soddisfattisimo both the requirements that the courtesy with which I have followed. I have recommended this bank (and in particular the branch in viale Rovereto) to some colleagues and I can assure you that they have all been happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca pessima, sono entrato e visto che purtroppo sono fallito, non merito un conto corrente attivo. Capisco questa cosa, ma c'è modo e modo di dirla, troppa supponenza.
Come dire io sono il direttore della Banca, tu sei la nullità. Ripeto si può avere ragione perché chi fallisce parrebbe che merita solo disgrazie, ma c'è modo e modo di dirlo, anche se sono fallito, resto sempre una persona.
Bad bank, I went in and since unfortunately I failed, I don't deserve an active checking account. I understand this, but there is a way and way to put it, too much arrogance.
As if to say I am the director of the Bank, you are the nullity. I repeat you can be right because those who fail would seem to deserve only misfortunes, but there is a way and way to say it, even if I failed, I am always a person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delusione...le altre banche interpellate gentili e disponibili, i funzionari Credem e con questo già il terzo, svogliati, immobili, indisponibili. O hanno la pancia piena o non so che pensare. Ma i dirigenti, sanno con chi hanno a che fare? Mandano via i clienti, ma i clienti buoni .... Deluso !
A disappointment ... the other banks interviewed kind and helpful, Credem officials and with this already the third, listless, immobile, unavailable. Either they have a full stomach or I don't know what to think. But do the executives know who they are dealing with? They send customers away, but good customers .... Disappointed!
