★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza davvero scioccante in questo negozio sito in centro a Trento. Sono entrata con mio figlio di 6 mesi con il passeggino per vedere una t-shirt. La commessa mi ha accolta e io ho spiegato che vorrei vedere una t-shirt dalla vetrina. Lei mi ha detto che si trovano al piano sotterraneo e che avrei dovuto fare le scale senza ascensore.
Io basita ho guardato mio figlio ed anche il passeggino... E successivamente le ho detto:
- Non c'è la ascensore?? E lei:
- no.
Io ho risposto allora grazie se non posso scendere mi dispiace . ..
E lei :
-grazie arrivederci.
Sono davvero scioccata dalla sua risposta e soprattutto del suo entusiasmo a soddisfare i clienti.
Avete perso 1 cliente.

Truly shocking experience in this shop located in the center of Trento. I went in with my 6 month old son with the stroller to see a t-shirt. The saleswoman welcomed me and I explained that I would like to see a t-shirt from the window. She told me that they are in the basement and that I would have to take the stairs without a lift.
I looked shocked at my son and also at the stroller ... And then I said to her:
- Is there no lift? And she:
- no.
I replied then thanks if I can not get off I'm sorry. ..
And she :
-thank you goodbye.
I am really shocked by his response and especially his enthusiasm to satisfy customers.
You have lost 1 customer.
Really immoral.
