Very bad! Zero warranty. If they break after bringing it to you, you keep it as it is. Fax, call, gone to the store more than once, they don't care.

Per la qualità merce..ne riparleremo se arriverà per il prossimo anno visto i continui rinvii.

Luglio 2018, ordino un divano letto, 1700 euro.
Novembre 2018, dopo varie mie richieste, mi viene proposto "il divano di cortesia" . Accetto.
Gennaio 2019 (6 mesi dopo l'ordine, saldato completamente), chiamo per avere notizie...."il divano da lei acquistato non riusciamo più a produrlo." Ci sono voluti 6 mesi per capirlo.
Soluzioni: 1_vi tenete "il divano di cortesia"
2_annuliamo e vi rimborsiamo.
Direi opzione 2.

Ho vinto un divano? Speriamo!
Morale....non comprate neanche un comodino....piuttosto Ikea son più seri e professionali.

Short sad story.
July 2018, I order a sofa bed, 1700 euros.
November 2018, after several requests, I was offered "the courtesy sofa". I accept.
January 2019 (6 months after the order, fully paid), I call for news .... "the sofa you bought can no longer produce it." It took me 6 months to understand it.
Solutions: 1_vi keep "the courtesy sofa"
2_annuliamo and we will refund you.
I would say option 2.
February 2019. Repaid completely, but .... they do not come to take "the courtesy sofa" anymore
I won a sofa? Let's hope!
Moral .... do not even buy a bedside table .... rather Ikea are more serious and professional.

L'offerta economica che mi ha fatto è stata la migliore sul mercato per questo prodotto di qualità. La consegna è stata perfetta, puntuale e accurata nei confronti del prodotto, ben imballato e trasportato. Sul divano sono seduto ora e non mi riesco più ad alzare: è comodissimo. I colori sono quelli scelti. I due relax motorizzati funzionano perfettamente. Il negozio Chateaux d'Ax di Bassano è sicuramente da consigliare.
I purchased a comfortable sofa with two relaxation from Chateau d'Ax of Bassano del Grappa. The seller was friendly, correct, helpful and very pleasant. The financial offer that got me was the best on the market for this quality product. The delivery was perfect, timely and accurate in the product, well packed and transported. On the couch sat me now and I can not to raise: it is convenient. The colors are those chosen. The two motorized relaxers work perfectly. The shop Chateau d'Ax Bassano is certainly recommended.
