Siamo arrivati da Arredo Group di Bassano dopo aver visto svariate soluzioni, anche di note marche. Siamo stati accolti da Mariaelena, la quale ci ha accolto sin da subito con efficienza e professionalità, nonché pazienza perché siamo sempre andati con nostro figlio di un anno. Mariaelena ha capito fin da subito le nostre esigenze e i nostri gusti, dandoci i giusti suggerimenti pratici ed estetici. Il progetto era già bello sulla carta, ma si sa... tra dire e il fare.. Siamo stati sorpresi del risultato finale: infatti la cucina nei tempi previsti e i montatori sono stati seri, affidabili e veloci. Il tutto grazie anche al fatto che Mariaelena è venuta ben due volte a prendere le esatte misure. Che dire? Lube una garanzia e Mariaelena consigliata vivamente!! Il prodotto è di ottima qualità, progettazione iniziata in negozio e conclusa in collegamento skype durante il lockdown causa covid-19. Uno dei pochi store di arredamento che ti lascia guardare senza metterti un arredatore dietro che ti fa vedere quello che vuole lui e ti confonde le idee. ANGELA,l'arredatrice, è stata gentilissima e super disponibile ad ascoltare ogni mia proposta (anke le più assurde) e ci ha sempre esposto il suo pensiero in modo estremamente educato e professionale. Consegna effettuata prima del previsto e anke i ragazzi ke hanno fatto il montaggio sono stati veloci, precisi, disponibili e sempre molto gentili. Lo consiglio vivamente. Magari, se facessero entrare,qualcuno potrebbe trovare qualcosa che non cercava. È l'anima del commercio mia cara signora che ci ha "accolti" all'ingresso, complimenti davvero ha battuto ogni record, è riuscita già ad indispormi in un paio di secondi. Grazie di cuore. Ho comprato sia la cucina sia i mobili per il soggiorno e sono sempre stata seguita da CINZIA una persona super professionale e capace. Fin da subito ha capito quello che volevo e ha soddisfatto tutte le mie esigenze nel migliore del modi. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere per tutto il resto del mobilio. Siamo sempre stati seguiti da Cinzia una bravissima solare e disponibile ragazza precisa disponibile e attenta alle esigenze del cliente..super paziente!! Noi abbiamo preso cameretta Moretti, salotto, camera matrimoniale Tommasella, due bagni e cucina Lube..felici perché abbiamo sempre trovato promozioni vantaggiose ad esempio: cucina con elettrodomestici in omaggio oppure camera matrimoniale con materasso in omaggio..Cinzia ci ha sempre consigliato bene e trovato come disporre nel miglior modo i mobili..veramente super soddisfatti ogni volta..abbiamo ancora acquisti da fare e prenderemo di sicuro appuntamento con Cinzia!! Seguiti per ben due volte dalla Cinzia ragazza preparatissima negli arredi, consiglia molto bene gli abbinamenti dei colori, molto professionale. Il capo magazziniere Michele molto preparato nella logistica per la consegna e nell’organizzazione. I montatori come Gianni che sono educati, gentili e professionali del lavoro fanno si che un’azienda resti sempre al top!!!!! Arredo group of Bassano always a guarantee !!!!!!
