Prendo appuntamento per una pulizia dentale tramite unisalute e mi dicono che si svolge in due incontri, la prima visita e succesivamente la pulizia. Arrivo al primo appuntamento in orario e tra carte e quant'altro partono 20 minuti. Poi aspetto in sala d'attesa altri 15 e la dottoressa mi viene a chiamare. Avevo un altro appuntamento a distanza di 40 minuti da questo. Non ero stato avvisato che ci voleva quasi 1 ora per la visita. Sono dovuto ritornare per fare la panoramica. Tutto si è svolto in 10 minuti. Prendo appuntamento per la pulizia. Arriva il giorno e mi presento in studio in orario. Mi viene detto che ero in ritardo di 1 ora. Impossibile perché avevo preso appuntamento sul telefono davanti alla segretaria quel giorrno. Però ok. Neanche il tempo di sedermi che il dottore mi chiama. Pulizia dentale sufficiente. In 15 anni che faccio la pulizia dentale non mi è mai capitato che non sputassi sangue. Il filo interdentale non è stato passato e nel complesso non mi è parsa una cosa fatta benissimo. Ritornato in segreteria non ero stato messo dentro a unisalute mentre la volta prima la segretaria mi aveva assicurato che era tutto a carico di unisalute ecc. Insomma nel.complesso la peggiore esperienza che ho mai avuto. Tanta immagine ma sotto poca professionalità. Without infamy or praise. Just enough concierge service. Lots of image but under little professionalism.

Ho curato alcune carie ed eseguito un impianto e non ho mai avuto problemi. Prezzi in linea con la qualità offerta, si risparmia rispetto a studi privati. I feel very comfortable in this center, sometimes there is a bit of delay (as in all the dental offices where I have been), the staff knows how to put at ease even those like me who have a phobia of the dentist. I have treated some cavities and performed an implant and have never had any problems. Prices in line with the quality offered, you save compared to private studios.

Guardate bene la foto del dente 26 prima e dopo la cura. una devitalizzazione fatto malissimo. Mi hanno fatto 3 denti. Ora da rifare tutto. Soldi sprecati. Not advisable. Non posso che dare un giudizio molto positivo sia per la gestione degli appuntamenti e sia per la professionalità della dottoressa Zighun dimostratami. Strumentazione per panoramica presente nel centro fondamentale per togliersi qualsialsi dubbio. Prezzi buoni, materiali di qualità, prima visita con panoramica gratuita. Anche per la pulizia dei denti l'igienista è stata molto brava. I have been a DentalPro patient in the Bassano del Grappa clinic for the past 1 year with an operation in which a tooth was saved.
