★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo qualche difficoltà a gestire il mio abbonamento TIM e mi sono rivolto al negozio TIM Sound Station di Bassano del Grappa ho trovato la signora Michela persona estremamente competente e gentilissima in pochi minuti mi ha sistemato il tutto sempre con tanta cordialità e professionalità consiglio assolutamente. Un grazie alla sig.ra Michela.
 I had some difficulties in managing my TIM subscription and I turned to the TIM Sound Station shop in Bassano del Grappa I found Mrs. Michela an extremely competent and very kind person in a few minutes she arranged everything for me always with such cordiality and professionalism I absolutely recommend. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo notato da tempo che il mio cellulare non aveva connessione internet fuori casa; dopo molti tentativi - tutti andati a vuoto - di risolvermi il problema da parte di semplici conoscenti smanettoni, ma anche di altri esperti, mi sono rivolto a questo servizio TIM: vi ho trovato la signora Michela che si è presa a cuore il caso e dopo giorni di prove e riprove (naturalmente tra un cliente e l'altro) senza mai perdersi d'animo si è fatta un punto d'onore di superare l'inghippo e mi ha brillantemente risolto il caso. Nota bene: senza mai spazientirsi o mostrare il minimo disappunto! Bravissima!! ora posso connettermi anche per strada, se necessario...

I had noticed for some time that my cell phone had no internet connection outside the home; after many attempts - all unsuccessful - to solve the problem by simple geek acquaintances, but also by other experts, I turned to this TIM service: I found Mrs Michela who took the case to heart and then days of rehearsals and rehearsals (of course between one client and another) without ever losing heart, she made it a point of honor to overcome the catch and brilliantly solved the case for me. Please note: never get impatient or show the slightest disappointment! Very, very good!! now I can also connect on the street, if necessary ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato qualche tempo fa per risolvere un problema col mio telefono… purtroppo devo dire che il “servizio” l’ho trovato un po’ vetusto e maleducato, forse sarebbe l’ora di dare una bella rinfrescata al personale a parer mio! ? dopo una lunga frequentazione con Tim mi rivolgerò altrove temo (magari Vodafone)
I was a while ago to solve a problem with my phone ... unfortunately I have to say that I found the "service" a bit old and rude, maybe it would be time to give the staff a good refresher in my opinion! ? after a long relationship with Tim I am afraid I will turn elsewhere (maybe Vodafone)

I got my SIM card with 4 G and within 2 days my GB were all finsihed so I went back to see what was wrong and they told me that they have a security problem with new SIM cards that hackers can come in and steal their GB and clients need to go back and get this blocked????? I'm sorry what kind of company does not have a proper secureity system put into place to protect their clients? TIM is a big company and should be preventing this!!!TIM is well aware of this problem and clients need to pay more and buy more so it is clear why they do not have a security system in place. I ahve now switched to WIND and I will spread the word on how horrible this company is to not put a security system in place to protect their clients! TIM get your act together and fix this issue? are you guys runned by the mafia or is this just a scam and people are too iggnorant to do anythign about it. You have lost many customers.
