Professionale, non ha risparmiato in dettagli, è una venditrice nata. Fortuna che so dire di no altrimenti compravo fibra e tim vision a tutto il quartiere? ?
I was followed by Valentina, apart from that she is really hot, I have never been followed so comprehensively and completely for a home line. Professional, she spared no detail, she is a born seller. Luckily I know how to say no otherwise I would buy fiber and tim vision for the whole neighborhood? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, mio papà, persona anziana, ha pagato per una nuova scheda 60 euro e l'addetta non ha spiegato che non doveva effettuare più ricariche perché con il nuovo numero aveva alcuni minuti, messaggi e internet compresi. Mio papà usa il telefono 2 volte all'anno per chiamare e non invia messaggi e tanto meno usa internet. Quindi ha ricaricato anche se non serviva.
Tornerò con mio papà per chiedere chiarimenti. Spero che questa recensione non offenda nessuno, sono solamente i fatti accaduti.
Siamo tornati in negozio, ci hanno spiegato meglio l'offerta, resta il fatto che stiamo aspettando da 10 gg una telefonata per sapere se possiamo avere in restituzione la ricarica effettuata inutilmente.
Terrible, my dad, an elderly person, paid 60 euros for a new card and the clerk didn't explain that he didn't have to top up anymore because with the new number he had a few minutes, including messages and internet. My dad uses the phone twice a year to call and doesn't send messages, much less use the internet. So he reloaded even if it wasn't needed.
I'll be back with my dad to ask for clarification. I hope this review doesn't offend anyone, it's just the facts that happened.
We went back to the shop, they explained the offer better, the fact remains that we have been waiting for a phone call for 10 days to find out if we can have the top up done unnecessarily in return.
