★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales people are useless! I have gone to that store many, many times over the years. ONLY 1 TIME did a dipendente come up to me and ask if I need assistance or had any questions. Not even a salve, ciao or buon giorno from a single person (except 1 time). The customer service there is horrible and the management obviously does not care about properly training their staff on being proactive and actually trying to sell products...what a waste of space and money that store is, it is embarrassing actually. I'll give your management a hint on how to advance in their career there...GENERATE REVENUE by making your staff sell and treat customers with some type of respect. Ignoring customers while texting their friends is not a good use of your employees time.
