Da subito Mattia ci ha seguiti con passione, offrendoci spunti preziosi, sempre con onestà (non consiglia i prodotti più costosi, ad esempio, ma illustra tutte le alternative) e professionalità, rispettando le nostre idee e lo stile scelto. Disponibile e puntuale anche dopo l'acquisto, per chiarire qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Onore anche ai piastrellisti, hanno fatto un lavoro perfetto, precisissimo. Io ed il mio fidanzato siamo rimasti a bocca aperta nel vedere il risultato finale, tutti ne sono rimasti estasiati. Preciso che ci siamo rivolti a lui per: pavimenti esterni ed interni (gres, legno), bagni, lavanderia, rivestimento di portico e terrazza... Tutto meraviglioso! Ci ha seguito il titolare Mattia sia in fase di progettazione che realizzazione. Avevamo tre punti fermi: bello, pratico da utilizzare e facile da pulire, direi che siamo stati accontentati a pieno. La cosa che ci ha stupito è che oltre ad avere un'ampia scelta di piastrelle, sanitari e mobili bagno personalizzabili nel colore e dimensione, Mattia ha un ottimo occhio estetico e sa consigliare il giusto abbinamento di colori per dare l'effetto WOW. Per correttezza non nascondo che ci sono stati dei problemi nella fase di costruzione, in quanto del materiale è arrivato danneggiato o della dimensione sbagliata e questo ha ritardato la fine dei lavori, ma non è colpa di Ceramiche Calzavara ma delle ditte fornitrici, anzi Mattia si è occupato personalmente di effettuare il reso della merce non conforme e andare a prendere di persona quella corretta, una persona molto disponibile, professionale e appassionata del proprio lavoro. In poche parole: super consigliato ? My girlfriend and I relied on Ceramiche Calzavara to completely renovate our bathrooms. The owner Mattia followed us both in the design and construction phases. To be fair, I do not hide that there were problems in the construction phase, as the material arrived damaged or of the wrong size and this delayed the completion of the work, but it is not the fault of Ceramiche Calzavara but of the supplier companies, indeed Mattia is is personally involved in returning non-compliant goods and personally picking up the correct one, a very helpful, professional and passionate person.
