Nulla da dire sulla competenza in negozio, l'ampia gamma di scelta ed i consigli nella scelta di prodotti che sono tutti di qualità.
Al momento del preventivo con il prezzo erano a più del doppio rispetto agli altri (più di uno) fatti come confronto e l'unico lavoro che gli ho preso (il facimento di una parete con un telaio scrigno) oltre ad averlo pagato a peso d'oro (ma quella è stata una mia scelta consapevole ed obbligatoria in quel momento) sta dando problemi sulla rasatura dopo soli 2 anni.
A mio parere anche un assurdo anche il pagamento anticipato del 90% del totale (inclusa la posa) ancora prima di aver iniziato a lavorare.
Non ci metterò più piede.
Esperienza pessima, per fortuna dopo il primo lavoro sono riuscito a trovare altre valide alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidato alla ditta Croci per una ristrutturazione di piccolo appartamento a Milano. Partendo da parziale ristrutturazione ho poi scelto una ristrutturazione massiva che ha fatto lievitare notevolmente importo. Il Titolare ha prestato molta attenzione ai miei dubbi riguardo congruità del costo totale suggerendomi di valutare altre offerte comparabili senza cercare false lusinghe. Assegnato incarico completo (manodopera e materiali) sono stato assistito nella direzione lavori dei differenti artigiani interessati incluse le pratiche per il bonus ristrutturazione. Durante avanzamento lavori abbiamo deciso lavori aggiuntivi, ma tutto è stato dettagliatamente definito e giustificato. Non sono sorte criticità condominiali per attività che si è protratta per 3 mesi.
Risolte problematicità da vizi occulti da costruzione di 80 anni fa con varianti opportune . Il risultato è soddisfacente per la qualità dei materiali suggeriti e le finiture adottate. Anche assistenza post vendita per ritocchi finali successivi si è mostrata adeguata e tempestiva.

Assigned complete assignment (manpower and materials) I was assisted in the construction management of the different craftsmen involved including the practices for the restructuring bonus. During the work progress we decided on additional works, but everything was defined and justified in detail. No condominium criticalities arose due to activities that lasted for 3 months.
Problems solved by hidden construction defects of 80 years ago with appropriate variants. The result is satisfactory for the quality of the suggested materials and the finishes adopted. Even after-sales assistance for subsequent final touches proved to be adequate and timely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problematico, sulla carta ottima presentazione prodotti ma poi, soprattutto sui dettagli per ristrutturazione 110, peccano. Sto ancora aspettando preventivo da 3 settimane per falsi telai. Ormai ho fatto altrove, se spendo 25mila euro una certa presenza/servizio la pretendo. Pure i miei genitori hanno chiamato più volte (anche su cellulare del titolare) per appuntamento ristrutturazione ma ...mai risposto, mai richiamato. Nemmeno dopo aver lasciato messaggi in ufficio.

Edit alla vostra risposta: il preventivo era già fatto dal mese prima del 22gennaio scorso quando sono venuto solo a scegliere i toni dei colori, tutto il resto era già stato scelto, l'unica cosa che mancavano erano i falsi telai coibentati.
Per ciò che riguarda i miei genitori non obbligatemi a mettere lo screenshot della vostra mai con la presa conoscenza ed il consiglio di chiamare sul cellulare. Cosa che hanno fatto 2 volte,ero presente io. Il vostro problema è stata l'assenza, senza tante polemiche. 40mila euro li diamo ad altri.

Problematic, on paper excellent presentation of the products but then, especially on the details for restructuring 110, they fail. I am still waiting for a 3 week quote for false looms. By now I have done elsewhere, if I spend 25 thousand euros I expect a certain presence / service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sette anni fa acquistai dall'azienda Croci Srl le porte da interno della mia abitazione. In quell'occasione conobbi il titolare, il sig. Stefano, che mi ha seguito e consigliato nell'acquisto con pazienza e disponibilità. Sono tutt'ora soddisfatto delle porte acquistate.
Ultimamente mi sono rivolto ancora alla ditta Croci Srl per la riparazione di una tapparella a cui si era rotto il motore elettrico. L'intervento è stato eseguito da Marco, il tecnico serramentista dell'azienda, molto competente e paziente. Dopo pochi giorni ho dovuto richiamare Stefano poichè la tapparella si era ancora inceppata. Nuovamente Marco è intervenuto e ha risolto il problema. Intervento eseguito in garanzia, senza nessun addebito. Decido quindi di sostituire la tapparella con una nuova, per evitare ulteriori inceppamenti. Nel giro di un mese Stefano ha procurato il serramento e me lo ha installato.
Sia Stefano che Marco si sono rivelate persone competenti, serie e attente verso il cliente. Esperienza positiva.
Seven years ago I bought the interior doors of my home from the Croci Srl company. On that occasion I met the owner, Mr. Stefano, who followed me and advised me in the purchase with patience and availability. I am still satisfied with the doors purchased.
Lately I turned again to the company Croci Srl for the repair of a shutter whose electric motor had broken. The intervention was carried out by Marco, the very competent and patient window technician of the company. After a few days I had to call Stefano back as the shutter was still jammed. Again Marco intervened and solved the problem. Intervention performed under warranty, without any charge. I therefore decide to replace the shutter with a new one, to avoid further jams. Within a month Stefano procured the window and installed it for me.
Both Stefano and Marco turned out to be competent, serious and attentive to the customer. Positive experience.
