★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità dei prodotti è buona, ma l'atteggiamento dell'azienda non è molto serio. Dovevano posarmi gli infissi a fine Maggio e siamo slittati a fine Luglio. Dovevano montarli in 3 giorni, ci hanno messo più di una settimana. I vetri non arrivavano ed abbiamo dovuto dormire 3 notti con pannelli di policarbonato invece dei vetri. Dopo un paio di settimane, ho riscontrato delle difettosità in tre vetri e due infissi (verso metà Agosto). Dopo 4 mesi, ancora aspetto l'intervento. Hanno smesso di rispondere alle mie telefonate. Ormai ho perso ogni speranza. Avere a che fare con loro è snervante.
The quality of the products is good, but the company's attitude is not very serious. The windows were supposed to be installed at the end of May and we slipped to the end of July. They had to be assembled in 3 days, it took them more than a week. The windows did not arrive and we had to sleep 3 nights with polycarbonate panels instead of glass. After a couple of weeks, I found defects in three glasses and two frames (around mid-August). After 4 months, I'm still waiting for the surgery. They stopped answering my phone calls. I have now lost all hope. Dealing with them is unnerving.
