D	Davide De Simone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordino da loro 7 finestre e 7 zanzariere. 2 zanzariere sono difettose, la rete è praticamente rotta, mentre le finestre hanno bisogno di essere registrate dopo aver fatto assestamento cosa normalissima, il problema é che dopo vari solleciti non si é mai visto nessuno, neanche per controllare le zanzariere difettate e contestate subito. I miei soldi peró erano buoni e non difettosi. Un solo consiglio, se andate da loro non pagateli fino a che il lavoro non sarà finito a regola d'arte. I order from them 7 windows and 7 mosquito nets. 2 mosquito nets are defective, the net is practically broken, while the windows need to be registered after having made a normal adjustment, the problem is that after several reminders nobody has ever been seen, not even to check the defective and contested mosquito nets immediately. But my money was good and not bad. Just one piece of advice, if you go to them do not pay them until the work is done properly.

Lavoro finito consegnato 4 mesi in ritardo, colore errato delle chiusure, verniciatura brutta e qualità scarsa. Purtroppo ho fatto l’errore gravissimo di pagare in anticipo (ho il vizio di pensare bene delle persone) e il risultato è stato che il lavoro non è stato rimediato e alle telefonate non rispondono. Credo che peggio di così non si poteva fare, dovrò contattare un’altra attività per porre rimedio. Sconsiglio vivamente. Allego foto scattata lo stesso giorno della consegna dell’infisso per mostrare cosa intendo con “ qualità scarsa“ e “verniciatura brutta “ I really had a bad experience with them. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE QUEST'AZIENDA.!!!!!!!!!!! They installed windows for me, problems occurred immediately after assembly, they did nothing to fix them. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. !!!!!!!!!!!

a	alessandro forgione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Sono obbligato a mettere una stella ma non si meriterebbero neanche quella. Tutto quello che ho ordinato tramite questa ditta è scadente pur avendolo pagato molto caro. Il finestrone a filo pavimento, doppia anta scorrevole, è stato montato malissimo lasciandomi il muro interno casa completamente distrutto... Inoltre fa fatica ad aprirsi ed è inutilizzabile (senza dimenticare che filtra acqua da tutte le parti, portandomi umidità sulle pareti interne e distruggendomi piano piano la soletta della terrazza). Stessa cosa la zanzariera a carro armato che hanno tagliato troppo corta e rimane il buco tirandola (vedi foto). La porta blindata al montaggio era stata montata senza maniglia e con molti pezzi mancanti...a distanza di un anno (EBBENE SI, UN ANNO) ho finalmente (grazie all'aiuto del mio avvocato) potuto risentire la ditta che mi ha montato il maniglione ma non ha ancora terminato i lavori. E' più di un anno che aspetto di concluderli e sistemarli. Li ho contattati molte volte e non ho mai avuto risposte e quando lo hanno fatto mi sono anche sentito dire "se il signor Parma avrà voglia verrà a terminare i lavori" ...questa è la professionalità di questa ditta. Peccato solo che i soldi li hanno voluti tutti e subito. NON DATEGLIELI. Bad experience. I'm forced to put a star but they wouldn't deserve that either. Everything I ordered through this company is poor despite having paid very dearly. The window flush with the floor, double sliding door, was mounted very badly leaving me the internal wall of the house completely destroyed ... It also struggles to open and is unusable (not to mention that it filters water from all sides, bringing moisture to the internal walls and destroying me slowly the slab of the terrace). Same thing as the tank mosquito net that they cut too short and the hole remains by pulling it (see photo). The armored door to the assembly had been mounted without a handle and with many missing pieces ... after a year (EVEN YES, ONE YEAR) I finally (thanks to the help of my lawyer) could hear the company that mounted the handle but has not yet finished the work. I have been waiting to finish and fix them for more than a year. I have contacted them many times and have never had any answers and when they did I also heard "if Mr. Parma will want to finish the work" ... this is the professionalism of this company. Just a shame that the money took them all and immediately. DON'T GIVE THEM.
