Ho ordinato delle perline in abete di seconda scelta pagando fornitura e trasporto anticipatamente a poche ore dall'ordine. Ho già avuto ampia esperienza con questo tipo di materiale da altri fornitori e sapendo che in una grossa quantità qualche pezzo poteva avere dei difetti o essere meno bello come è normale nella seconda scelta ho ordinato pochi pezzi in più. Una volta arrivato il materiale e cominciato a lavorarlo mi sono reso conto che alcuni pezzi erano letteralmente rotti mentre la quasi totalità riportavano difetti in serie simili a tutti. In foto ampia documentazione. Ho quindi lavorato con il materiale meno difettato dove potevo e richiesto la sostituzione al fornitore di circa un terzo della fornitura offrendomi di farmi carico del trasporto. Secco rifiuto e toni a dir poco alti, spiegazioni non chiare e scarsa propensione al dialogo con il cliente, accusato anzi di voler lucrare nonostante più volte io abbia cercato una soluzione commercialmente accettabile.
