Ho sollecitato più e più volte un intervento in quanto, a causa del fine corsa non raggiunto dalla tenda, mi si stanno rovinando i terminali delle travi di legno. Nonistante le ripetute telefonate non ho più sentito nessuno! Non si prendono i soldi dai clienti per poi abbandonarli a loro stessi! Non posso che biasimare per questo comportamento disdicevole e, certo, non consiglieri a nessuno di comperare dal sig. Quaresimin! Installed a canopy with an electrified awning which soon began to malfunction. I have asked for an intervention over and over again because, due to the limit stop not reached by the tent, the ends of the wooden beams are being damaged. Despite the repeated phone calls I have not heard from anyone! They don't take money from customers and then leave them to themselves! I can only blame for this unseemly behavior and, of course, I do not advise anyone to buy from Mr. Quaresimin!
