★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Approccio positivo con Leonardo alle vendite, persona cordiale e disponibile ma purtroppo dopo sono sempre i dettagli e i fatti a fare la differenza.
Durante la posa hanno terminato una serie di piastrelle, gli ho detto di tenermi aggiornato ma dopo un mese ancora mi devono far sapere niente, tra l'altro avevo già redarguito Leonardo per non avermi avvertito in merito ad un altro problema...... eh niente, non riescono a proprio a fare una misera telefonata. (Si aggiunga che a giorni ho il rogito con il notaio e la casa mi dovrebbe essere consegnata finita).
Inoltre il posatore di cui si servono ha usato solo una parte del decoro che ho scelto.... e che dovrei pagare... lasciando in proporzione vaste zone scoperte e neanche di questo problema ho saputo più niente in merito a come vogliono risolverlo.
Per concludere hanno messo il battiscopa in un punto dove non andava messo, ma poco male, si fa presto a toglierlo.
Positive approach with Leonardo to sales, friendly and helpful person but unfortunately after it is always the details and the facts that make the difference.
During the installation they finished a series of tiles, I told them to keep me updated but after a month they still have to let me know, among other things I had already scolded Leonardo for not having warned me about another problem ..... eh nothing, they just can't make a miserable phone call. (It should be added that in a few days I have the deed with the notary and the house should be handed over to me finished).
In addition, the installer they use only used part of the decoration I chose .... and that I should pay for ... proportionately leaving vast areas uncovered and not even of this problem I have known anything more about how they want to solve it.
Finally, they put the skirting board in a place where it shouldn't have been put, but never mind, it's easy to remove it.
