Hanno in sala mostra 42 modelli diversi di box doccia, con prezzi per tutte le tasche. Sono riusciti a farmi un box doccia su misura che in altri posti non erano in grado di realizzarmi con un prezzo accettabilissimo.
I tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati , il montaggio è stato perfetto.
Ritornerò sicuramente per comprare il mobile da bagno, perchè ne hanno di stupendi a costi davvero interessanti.

The showroom has 42 different shower enclosure models, with prices for all budgets. They managed to make me a custom shower stall that in other places they were not able to make me with a very acceptable price.
Delivery times were respected, assembly was perfect.
I will definitely come back to buy the bathroom furniture, because they have wonderful ones at really interesting costs.

Al secondo giro per acquisto, con 2 addetti alle vendite del tutto indifferenti alla nostra presenza e 40 minuti di attesa abbiamo preferito fare i nostri acquisti altrove. come si dice.... un "ciaone" anche perchè di rifare 2 bagni ne riparliamo tra 20 anni.

confermo quanto scritto. eravamo lì in 2 persone ad aspettare che uno dei due venditori alzasse la testa dalla scrivania per ascoltarci in quanto un 3o venditore, quello che nel precedente incontro ci ha fatto il preventivo, era già impegnato con altri clienti.
Al contrario di quanto sostiene le mie visite non sono per nulla inventate. Non si preoccupi della mia correttezza, si preoccupi piuttosto della sua che pure si permette di mettere in dubbio l'accaduto negando un evidenza che nemmeno conosce in quanto probabilmente non era uno di quei 2 venditori alla scrivania.
Auguri anche a Lei per un felice natale e sereno anno nuovo.

I confirm what is written. 2 people were there waiting for one of the two salesmen to raise their heads from the desk to listen to us as a 3rd seller, the one who gave us the quote in the previous meeting, was already busy with other customers.
Contrary to what my visits say, they are not invented at all. Don't worry about my correctness, rather worry about his correctness, even if he allows himself to question what happened by denying an evidence that he doesn't even know because he was probably not one of those 2 salesmen at the desk.

Ottime proposte da catalogo e personale gentile e preparato, insomma... negozio super consigliato!

Ci sono voluti 6 (sei) giorni per sostituire un cabinato con un piatto e box doccia.
Inizio lavori Lunedi mattina, in mezza giornata rimuovono il vecchio cabinato, ma poi non si vede piu' nessuno fino a mercoledì pomeriggio.
Giovedì sera completano il piatto doccia e l'idraulica, ma devono ancora montare il box doccia.
Venerdì mattina l'inquilino del piano di sotto mi avvisa che ha dovuto mettere delle bacinelle per raccogliere le gocce d'acqua che scendono dal soffitto.
Li avviso, vedono che la cosa è grave, e decidono di rimuovere il piatto doccia e risistemare lo scarico. Poi rimontano piatto + vetro box doccia.
Sabato mattina il soffitto del piano di sotto continua a gocciolare, li chiamo, rompono di nuovo 2 piastrelle a trovano che nel tubo di mandata dell'acqua c'era un dado che non è stato stretto bene.
Il sabato pomeriggio finalmente il mio bagno è concluso, manca solo che sistemino il danno all'appartamento di sotto.
La cosa che piu' mi ha sconcertato è stato l'atteggiamento del titolare, che telefonandomi con modo arrogante e minaccioso, pretendeva che saldassi la fattura prima ancora di riparare il danno fatto.
Per dovere di cronaca ora tutto è concluso, hanno riparato il danno e io ho saldato il conto. Ma il mio parere resta comunque assolutamente negativo, soprattutto per l'atteggiamento arrogante del titolare.
Completely bad experience
It took 6 (six) days to replace a cabinet with a tray and shower.
Work starts Monday morning, in half a day they remove the old cabin boat, but then no one is seen until Wednesday afternoon.
Thursday night they complete the shower tray and plumbing, but they still have to mount the shower stall.
Friday morning the tenant downstairs warns me that he had to put in some basins to catch the drops of water that fall from the ceiling.
I warn them, they see that the thing is serious, and they decide to remove the shower tray and rearrange the drain. Then they reassemble the flat + glass shower enclosure.
Saturday morning the ceiling downstairs continues to drip, I call them, they break 2 tiles again and find that there was a nut in the water supply pipe that was not tightened well.
On Saturday afternoon my bathroom is finally finished, they just need to fix the damage to the apartment below.
The thing that most disconcerted me was the attitude of the owner, who phoning me in an arrogant and threatening way, demanded that I pay the invoice even before repairing the damage done.
For the record, everything is now over, they repaired the damage and I paid the bill. But my opinion is still absolutely negative, especially due to the arrogant attitude of the owner.
