Esperienza pessima ho fatto l errore di comprare infissi e porte interne, montate malissimo ho aspettato 8 mesi x avere porte finestre continuavano a sbagliare misure , adesso sistemate le finestre cominciano i problemi con le porte interne ho inviato e mail ma nessuna rispista a telefono rispondono ma cade linea. Unica nota positiva il montatore sig.r Mariano quando l hanno mandato a casa è riuscito a sistemare i problemi x le finestre, spero riuscirò a parlare cn qc x le porte e lo rimandino x sistemare anke quelle, in quanto montate da un Bresciano incompetente. Consiglio nn acquistate ci sono aziende più serie.

Il 30 gennaio ho comprato un sedia per una scrivania, venditore gentilissimo con molta esperienza, pagata subito tempi di consegna 20gg siamo al 2 marzo niente ancora, chiamo l'ufficio consegne risponde un impiegato molto maleducato e mi chiude anche il telefono in faccia. Avevo intenzione di cambiare l'arredamento del mio ufficio ma dopo questa esperienza non ci penso proprio ad andare da loro

Le esperienze di acquisto presso Centrufficio Loreto sono state sempre molto positive. Insieme alla grande varietà di arredi offerti devo sottolineare la grande professionalità mostrata sia dagli operatori amministrativi sia soprattutto quella espressa dagli arredatori, gentilissimi e professionali. Da evidenziare l'ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità su tutti i prodotti presentati.

Sono dei gran casinisti ... non ce una consegna rispettata, anche quando dicono "pronta consegna" passano settimane altrimenti sono mesi ... il sito non e funzionale non si riesce ad ordinare ... poi i mobili sono anche carini ma sono totalmente disorganizzati e si va di improvvisazione...

E' dal 16/09/2021 che stiamo aspettando la consegna di un vano con ante siamo al 25/01/2022 e ancora non sappiamo nulla.Telefonato svariate volte senza ottenere risposta,mandato 10 email a tre referenti diversi senza ricevere risposta!Non sappiamo più cosa fare di sicuro quello che faremo è non acquistare più da voi.Poca anzi pochissima serietà e precisione riservata ai clienti.

Pessima esperienza. Nessuna stella si meritano. Acquistati ad aprile 2021 tre Antonio e 2 zanzariere ma ad oggi dopo essere venuti 5 volte non hanno ancora concluso i lavori, nonostante i numerosi solleciti ( anche in direzione, che nemmeno si degna di rispondere). Richiesto pagamento immediato per beneficiare dello sconto in fattura e poi chi si è visto si è visto. Veramente pessimi, da evitare come la peste.

Very professional attendance

I gave Centrufficio multiple chances to prove me wrong but they always let me down. It's now about time to publish my review. Back in December, after comparing a couple options (I wanted something that looked and felt better than the average IKEA desk), I decided to rely on Centrufficio to furnish my home based studio. I placed the order in early January, but split that in two: the desk was supposed to be instantly delivered, while the chair and whiteboard were scheduled for a February delivery. After a couple of weeks, I was informed the desk would not be delivered according to the agreed schedule: the top part of the desk was made to order, therefore the instant delivery was never really an option. The desk was eventually delivered mid-February along with the whiteboard; the latter was provided in a different color than the ordered one. No chair was delivered. Last Thursday I managed to get in touch with their support and we arranged for the chair to be delivered this Saturday (it's mid-March, for the record): of course nobody showed up at my address on that day. Communication with Centrufficio has been utterly difficult: I think I collected direct numbers for at least 3 employees but they never answer the phone; when they call you, you have to be super fast because after 2 rings they hang up and you can't call them back at the same number. In a nutshell: good products (if you manage to get your hands on them), average prices, AWFUL organization, AWFUL communication, AWFUL customer care. I never expected my experience to turn out this way: the brand has been around since I was a kid, too bad they are only a shadow of what they probably used to be. One star because I can't give less and because at least Palma showed some interest in my case, helping me out in the quest of getting what I asked for.
