R	Riccardo Roscio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel localino nel centro di Bra. Il dehor però affaccia su una strada dove passano spesso le macchine. Purtroppo gli antipasti misti non mi hanno convinto: vitello tonnato con maionese e non tonnata.. peperoni con una salsa poco saporita e crostino con sopra le acciughe al verde troppo unto e pasticciato. Buona la salsiccia cruda. L' ossobuco era buono ma aveva un eccessivo sapore di timo. Vino ottimo e a buon prezzo. Complessivamente non mi son trovato bene ma è anche vero che hanno riaperto da poco e forse devono rodarsi ancora.. A nice little place in the center of Bra. The outdoor area, however, overlooks a street where cars often pass. Unfortunately, the mixed starters did not convince me: veal with tuna sauce and mayonnaise and not with tuna sauce .. peppers with a not very tasty sauce and crouton with too greasy and messy green anchovies on top. Good raw sausage. The ossobuco was good but had too much thyme flavor. Excellent wine at a good price. Overall I was not happy but it is also true that they have recently reopened and perhaps they have to break in again ..

Segnalo come piatti più buoni a parer mio io vitello tonnato e il carpione come antipasti, la terrina di penne o gli gnocchi per i primi e arrosti o brasati per i secondi. I have been a customer for months now, after you try the home spirit of the historic center you can no longer do without it, Mrs. Daniela prepares exquisite dishes strictly fresh and freshly prepared. I point out the best dishes in my opinion: vitello tonnato and carpione as appetizers, the penne terrine or gnocchi for the first and roast or braised for the second.
e	enne _8 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trovato questo posto per puro caso ed è stata una fortuna, la salsiccia di Bra (cruda e cotta) veramente buona, anche gli agnolotti con la salsiccia di Bra. La titolare è stata gentile, accogliente e molto simpatica. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. We found this place by chance and it was lucky, the Bra sausage (raw and cooked) really good, also the agnolotti with Bra sausage. The owner was kind, welcoming and very nice. We will definitely be back.

I piatti sono ottimi, in particolare per quanto riguarda i primi e i dolci (bunet). I prezzi sono in linea con quelli presenti negli altri locali e sono proporzionati alla qualità dei prodotti. La proprietaria/chef è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Merita sicuramente una sosta; se possibile anche più di una. Small restaurant in the center of Bra where there is a great variety of typical local products. The dishes are excellent, especially as regards the first courses and the desserts (bunet). The prices are in line with those present in the other places and are proportionate to the quality of the products. The owner / chef was very nice and helpful. Definitely worth a stop; if possible even more than one.

Una piccola premessa, giusto per rafforzare l'ottimo giudizio: siamo a Bra ovvero all'interno di una vasta area dove la qualità dell'offerta è elevata ma i prezzi, sovente, sono davvero eccessivi. Pertanto, entrare in un ristorante arredato semplicemente e senza fronzoli, e trovare un menù stagionale, genuino ed a chilometri zero, già è stato un piacevole inizio. I piatti poi sono stati veramente tutti di altissima qualità: le lumache con polenta come antipasto, i tajarin (tagliolini) fatti in casa e la torta di castagne con zabaione caldo. Ho avuto anche la fortuna di assaggiare un bollito misto strepitoso ed una panna cotta ai frutti di bosco che vi farà cambiare totalmente l'idea che avete finora sulla solita panna cotta gelatinosa e stucchevole. E nulla di cio che ho assaggiato è stato mediocre: tutto quanto è stato preparato con una qualità altissima. Servizio al tavolo e cuoca (Daniela) molto cortesi e disponibili. Antipasto + primo o secondo + dessert + vino sfuso + acqua + caffè + grappa : circa 30€/testa. Andateci ad occhi chiusi! And here is another place where I would have liked more stars than the 5 of the highest rating. A small premise, just to strengthen the excellent judgment: we are in Bra or within a vast area where the quality of the offer is high but the prices are often really excessive. Therefore, entering a restaurant furnished simply and without frills, and finding a seasonal menu, genuine and at zero kilometers, has already been a pleasant start. The dishes were really all of the highest quality: snails with polenta as an appetizer, homemade tajarin (tagliolini) and chestnut cake with hot zabaglione. I was also lucky enough to taste an amazing mixed boiled meat and a panna cotta with berries that will totally change the idea you have so far on the usual gelatinous and cloying panna cotta. And nothing I tasted was mediocre: everything was prepared with the highest quality. Table service and cook (Daniela) very courteous and helpful. Appetizer + first or second course + dessert + bulk wine + water + coffee + grappa: around € 30 / head. Go there with your eyes closed!

S	Stefano Nunes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, very cozy. The menu is very typical, and they were able to accomodate for one of us who was vegan. The wine selection is excellenr. Primi are abundant, and the antipasti are very tasty. However the secondo I ordered came a bit overcooked.
