Ora capisco perché era l’unico con tante disponibilità. Bad organization and unkindness of the operators. I have visited several vaccination centers in the Asl RM1 and I have never found myself ill. La mattina per sicurezza provo a chiamare il centro vaccinale e rimango in attesa al telefono per 49 minuti senza che nessuno mi rispondesse. Poi vado con la ragazza al centro vaccinale e arrivata lì mi dicono che avevano finito il vaccino e che avevano messo l'avviso sulla pagina. Tornata a casa ho cercato sulla pagina web l'avviso che non si trova. Risultato: io saltato il lavoro , la ragazza saltata scuola, prossimo appuntamento per vaccino non si sa quando.... Dopo mezz'ora di attesa mi informano che il vaccino era terminato da giorni e avevano provato a chiamarci al cellulare per avvisarci ma non avevamo risposto. Dopo avergli dimostrato con i cellulari alla mano che non ci avevano fatto nessuna chiamata preventiva ci hanno anche accusato di aver cancellato le chiamate!!!! Ovviamente senza minimamente scusarsi e con un'aria tracotante e strafottente. Veramente pessimi, sono anni che vacciniamo i figli alla ASL di Via Dina Galli e MAI un problema. Una sola volta qui e non sono neanche stati capaci di scusarsi per il problema che hanno causato. Nessuna risposta dal Contact Center Vaccinale alle telefonate fatte per scrupolo a ridosso del giorno prenotato, la mattina pagato il ticket per il figlio più grande, arrivati poi al Centro ci dicono tranquillamente che il vaccino era finito. Persi un giorno di scuola per i due figli e uno di lavoro! Abbiamo lasciato nomi e numeri di telefono per essere contattati, ma ad oggi non sappiamo ancora quando poter fare il vaccino...
