Attendo info sul ricambio da me richiesto da 2 settimane.
Evidentemente professionalità ed attenzione per il cliente non sono di casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in questo centro ricambi perché la mia macchina del caffè di alta gamma aveva un problema al lettore delle impronte di un tasto touch screen e non riusciva a fare più i caffè, ma la macchina funzionava nell'erogazione dell'acqua calda e del vapore. Ho lasciato l'apparecchio a fine marzo, ho chiamato più volte e il proprietario mi ha sempre risposto che la macchina era stata inviata all'azienda del marchio e non era ancora pronta; ho aspettato pazientemente fino a oggi quando mi chiamano e mi dicono che il pezzo di ricambio non c'è, malgrado a marzo mi fosse stata garantita la riparazione della macchina con tanto di preventivo. Mi reco a riprendere la mia macchina (sottolineo lasciata FUNZIONANTE IN PARTE a marzo) e la ritrovo smontata, quindi NON FUNZIONANTE, con il proprietario che tenta di "aggiustare" la situazione vendendomi una macchina da caffè medio gamma che ha lì in negozio, peccato che l'unica cosa da aggiustare non l'ho ricevuta come l'ho consegnata. Io l'ho riportata a casa per far sì che il proprietario non la potesse aggiustare, rivenderla e guadagnarci; vi consiglio di recarvi in altri luoghi, perché non è possibile che dopo due mesi e mezzo in assistenza io abbia il mio oggetto messo peggio di come l'abbia dato.

I go to pick up my car (I stress it left WORKING IN PART in March) and find it disassembled, then NOT WORKING, with the owner trying to "fix" the situation by selling me a mid-range coffee machine that he has there in the shop, too bad that the only thing to fix I did not receive as I delivered it. I brought her back home so that the owner could not fix her, sell her and earn her money; I advise you to go to other places, because it is not possible that after two and a half months in assistance I have my object put worse than I gave it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una macchina caffè automatica de longhi aveva una semplice perdita di acqua all'interno del cassetto posa caffè, è un mese ormai la macchina è ancora lì e non ho ancora ricevuto chiamata per ritirarla, quando mi sono recato al negozio mi è stato riferito che non era nulla di grave e che nel giro di una settimana sarebbe stata riparata,non so che dire sinceramente me ne avevano parlato bene ma mi sto ricredendo,nel frattempo abbiamo dovuto acquistare un'altra macchina caffè .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è facile da trovare con un buon parcheggio. Il personale è competente e supporta l'eventuale acquisto o riparazione con informazioni esaustive su tempistica e prezzi sia per pezzo originale oppure se possibile qualcosa di compatibile. Poi ovviamente la scelta è del cliente. Mi sono avvalso personalmente della loro consulenza alcune volte per riparazioni e sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto.
The shop is easy to find with good parking. The staff is competent and supports any purchase or repair with comprehensive information on timing and prices both for the original piece or if possible something compatible. Then of course the choice is up to the customer. I have personally used their advice a few times for repairs and have always been satisfied.
