In particolare ci tengo a ringraziare la dottoressa Pepe che oltre ad essere molto preparata, professionale e veramente scrupolosa, è gentile ed empatica (caratteristiche fondamentali a mio avviso). We turned to the Demetra center at the beginning of the year for conception problems. All the staf are polite and knowledgeable. In particular, I would like to thank Dr. Pepe who, in addition to being very prepared, professional and truly scrupulous, is kind and empathetic (fundamental characteristics in my opinion).

Un ringraziamento speciale va alla Dott.ssa Ascone che con pazienza mi ha seguita. Sinceramente non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema di mancata comunicazione o risposta né con la reception, né con la segreteria trattamento, né tantomeno con la Dott.ssa Ascone stessa. Ho sempre trovato una buona accoglienza sia alle eco di controllo che ai prelievi.. perciò ringrazio tutto lo Staff: la Reception, le infermiere, le ostetriche, la Dott.ssa Ascone che hanno permesso di realizzare il nostro sogno. Honestly, we have not encountered any problem of non-communication or response either with the reception, nor with the treatment secretariat, nor with Dr. Ascone herself. V	Valeria A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata oggi in visita per la prima volta dalla Dott. Ssa Barbosa. Non è la prima volta che effettuo una visita per certe esigenze, perplessità e dubbi. Ma a volte si trovano dottori competenti che però sono freddi o poco empatico con il paziente. Oggi invece ho trovato davanti a me una dottoressa che è stata chiarisisma nello spiegare le diverse tecniche di fecondazione, esplicita sulla situazione e molto dolce e umana nell' ascoltarmi. Credo che qualsiasi paziente valuta semplicemente di iniziare un determinato percorso, sia emotivamente già più sensibile e teso. Lei sa mettere molto a proprio agio dando calore. LA CONSIGLIO. Valeria. Grazie Dott. Ssa. Complimenti anche alle receptionist del Centro Demetra che sono state sempre molto cortesi e disponibili per qualsiasi domanda. But sometimes there are competent doctors who are cold or not very empathetic with the patient. Today, however, I found in front of me a doctor who was chiarisisma in explaining the different fertilization techniques, explicit on the situation and very sweet and human in listening to me. Tutto ben organizzato e veloce, dai monitoraggi, al pick up e transfer! Tutto lo staff super cortese e Biologhe Super! Ringrazio in particolar modo la fantastica Dott.ssa Ascone per la professionalità, la passione e il cuore che mette nel suo lavoro, doti rare da trovare, e per avermi accompagnato e tenuto per mano in tutto il mio percorso ed Elena della reception per la sua gentilezza e premura, che è stata il mio angelo custode!!! Ogni volta che entravo al Demetra mi sentivo a Casa! Il mio non è stato un percorso facile, la strada può essere lunga e ci vuole pazienza...ma non ho mai mollato perché sapevo che il Demetra mi avrebbe regalato il mio miracolo! Non mi sono mai sentita un numero, ma una ragazza per cui tutti facevano il tifo! Sia che fosse finita bene, o che fosse finita male avrei consigliato il Demetra a tutti!!! Il mio percorso è durato quasi 3 anni e ad un certo punto persone nuove per me mi hanno preso a cuore. Ogni posto è fatto di persone che ovviamente fanno la differenza. Elena e la Dott.ssa Barbosa hanno realizzato il.mio ed il ns sogno pertanto non smetterò mai di ringraziarle I recommend this center even if initially I was not happy with it. My journey lasted almost 3 years and at a certain point people new to me took me to heart. Every place is made up of people who obviously make a difference. Elena and Dr. Barbosa have made my dream and my dream come true so I will never stop thanking them

Purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa dalla mancanza di attenzione soprattutto nell’organizzazione degli orari con gli appuntamenti. Più di una volta mi era capitato di prenotare con la segreteria e sono stata poi ricontatta dicendo che era necessario spostare la prenotazione. Devo ammettere che ho trovato poca professionalità nella gestione del paziente anche in sala d’attesa: mi sono trovata più di una volta a dover aspettare anche più di un’ora prima del mio turno rispetto all’orario stabilito della visita. Inoltre non si sono neanche degnati di scusarsi, ma anzi è capitato che mi avevano dato un’informazione sbagliata sulla sala d’attesa e nessuno mi aveva avvisata se non fossi andata io a chiedere spiegazioni.. Un’altra volta mi era stato riferito che avevano addirittura perso la mia cartella, follia! Sinceramente insieme a mio marito abbiamo ad un certo punto ritenuto necessario interrompere poiché le mancanze di rispetto avevano davvero superato ogni limite. Mi dispiace molto aver ricevuto queste scorrettezze anche di poca educazione da parte delle segretarie che ho trovato molto distratte, poco educate, non attente e rispettose del benessere della clientela; assolutamente nessuna accoglienza e gentilezza. La fiducia che avevo risposto nella struttura mi rende ancora troppo amareggiata per tutte le mancanze di rispetto subite. Spero che questa mia esperienza possa far riflettere sia le persone e indirizzarle su scelte diverse sia il Centro stesso affinché possa cambiare il suo atteggiamento per il futuro. Another time I was told that they had even lost my briefcase, madness! Honestly, together with my husband we at some point considered it necessary to stop because the lack of respect had really exceeded all limits. I am very sorry to have received these misconduct, even of little education, from the secretaries who I found very distracted, uneducated, not attentive and respectful of the well-being of the customers; absolutely no welcome and kindness. The trust that I had replied in the structure still makes me too embittered for all the lack of respect suffered. I hope that this experience of mine can make people reflect and direct them to different choices and the Center itself so that it can change its attitude for the future.
G	Gaia Magnosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non dò un feedback rispetto la professionalità medica ma relativamente ai processi che regolano la relazione con i pazienti. è disfunzionale ricevere una chiamata per notificare che il dottore non può mantenere l'impegno di ricevere in una certa data (sacrosanto), già indicare una data alterativa (ottimo), ma poi chiedere al paziente di fare una richiesta di cambio appuntamento a nome suo attraverso un link che si trova in una mail vecchia (richiesta neanche immediata da assolvere). non è un feedback sul personale medico ne su chi si occupa di prenotazioni ma di processo, già è un percorso difficile, renderlo pure farraginoso non aiuta I do not give feedback on medical professionalism but on the processes that regulate the relationship with patients. it is dysfunctional to receive a call to notify that the doctor cannot keep the commitment to receive on a certain date (sacrosanct), already indicate an alterative date (excellent), but then ask the patient to make a request for a change of appointment in his name through a link found in an old email (not even immediate request to be fulfilled). it is not a feedback on the medical staff or on those who deal with reservations but of the process, it is already a difficult path, making it even cumbersome does not help
F	Francesca Pozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto due eterologhe in privato spendendo circa 10 mila euro e ho avuto molta più umanità, presenza e assistenza quando avevo fatto le 6 omologhe con SSN! La dottoressa Chelo è semplicemente un apparenza solo dietro lauto compenso poi desaparecidos! Seguono un copione tristissimo e standardizzato, non è un programma personalizzato sulla coppia! E questa credo sia la cosa più grave in assoluto! Vi sconsiglio vivamente di approcciarvi al Demetra! Noi abbiamo finito la pazienza e i soldi quindi per diventare genitori ci serve un miracolo! Con tutti quei soldi spesi mi aspettavo quasi il tappeto rosso e invece.... un numero su un pezzetto di carta a elemosinare risposte via mail! Davvero deludente,
