Appuntamento preso per le 10 chi sa se entriamo a mezzogiorno tutti ammassati in una sala d'attesa ipotetica aperta e fredda. Personale scortese. Se non fosse per la bravura del dottore e pk abbiamo pagato prima già ero scappata. Can you explain the Anti covid rules adopted by this structure, what are they? Appointment made for 10, who knows if we enter at noon all crowded into a hypothetical waiting room open and cold. Rude staff. Assolutamente sconsigliato. In più sul loro sito ho chiesto il reset password manco per il caxxo. Poi è la prima volta che l'OTP ha numeri e lettere. Pessima esperienza. They make you wait hours and hours on the phone without answering and they don't solve the problem. The swab report is not recorded on the platform. In addition on their site I asked for the password reset not even for the caxxo. Then it is the first time that the OTP has numbers and letters. Bad experience.

Personale medico di altissimo livello, come allo stesso modo quello infermieristico e lo staff degli operatori socio sanitari (in particolare Raffaella). Un ringraziamento speciale al dott. Antonio de Bellis e alla dott.ssa Rosalba Mozzillo. L’unico rammarico??? E’ che posso mettere solo 5 stelle!!!! Grazie di tutto! My father was a "guest" of the structure. Flawless organization. L'operatore mi dice che il problema della mia password lei non sa risolverlo e che non ha la possibilità di inviarmi una mail. Dovreste, proprio voi, evitare di fare venire gente a ritirare i referti per evitare assembramenti!! Se chiedo un domiciliare un motivo ci sarà no?!! L'accettazione e l'organizzazione a volte ha rasentato l'imbarazzante. Avrei dato pertanto max una sola stella se non fosse che oggi ho avuto la fortuna di trovare per la prima volta una persona competente, professionale,educata, gentile e cosa più importante disponibile e dedita,la sta Angela,aggiungerei di nome e di fatto, pertanto al suo merito se la recensione è di 4 stelle. Mi sono recata presso la struttura per effettuare una visita ginecologica: tale visita è durata 15 minuti scarsi, durante i quali sono stata sottoposta ad un controllo svolto senza la benché minima delicatezza, tanto da recarmi dolore durante la visita, e per di più quando, alla fine del controllo, sono FINALMENTE riuscita ad elencare alla dottoressa i sintomi che riportavo, questa mi ha risposto che non potevano essere veri perché "io non vedo dolore" (testuali parole. Il dolore si vede?) e, davanti alla mia insistenza nel ribadirle i miei sintomi, ha obiettato dicendo che "lei ha studiato". È stato doloroso, umiliante e svalutante. La clinica è pulita ed il personale gentile, ma si può trovare sicuramente qualcosa di meglio in giro. In this clinic I had the worst medical experience of my life. The clinic is clean and the staff are nice, but you can definitely find something better around.

Scrivo questa recensione per la gratitudine nei confronti dell’intero reparto di Ginecologia ed ostetricia. Nonostante le numerose restrizioni legate all’emergenza Covid, il personale del reparto è stato tutto gentilissimo, disponibile ad accompagnarmi e guidarmi in un momento così delicato della vita di una donna. Inoltre sono profondamente grata al dott. Moccia per avermi guidata in questo percorso che si è concluso brillantemente grazie al suo tempestivo intervento e al dott. Porzio, pediatra del reparto, per i consigli fondamentali forniti per l crescita e la cura della piccola. Ed infine un ringraziamento speciale va all’anestesista che mi ha accompagnato in sala operatoria: uomo di grande disponibilità che ha saputo accompagnarmi con un enorme sorriso e professionalità durante tutto il parto cesareo. Avere al mio fianco il dottore è stato rasserenante e fondamentale! I gave birth at the San Michele clinic in January 2022. I write this review out of gratitude to the entire gynecology and obstetrics department. Despite the numerous restrictions related to the Covid emergency, the staff of the department was all very kind, willing to accompany and guide me in such a delicate moment in a woman's life. Furthermore, I am deeply grateful to Dr. Moccia for guiding me on this path that ended brilliantly thanks to his timely intervention and to Dr. Porzio, pediatrician of the ward, for the fundamental advice provided for the growth and care of the little girl. And finally, a special thanks goes to the anesthetist who accompanied me to the operating room: a man of great availability who was able to accompany me with a huge smile and professionalism throughout the caesarean section. Having the doctor by my side was reassuring and fundamental!
