Sara at the reception is kind and helpful. The nurse who carries out the blood samples is really good, nice and professional at the same time.

Anche le assistenti Fiorella e Tassia sono professionali e disponibili, mi sono sempre trovata bene, lo consiglio! Doctor Viola and Doctor Guella are very well prepared and really kind. Even the assistants Fiorella and Tassia are professional and helpful, I have always enjoyed it, I recommend it!

I give 5 stars to Dr. Lauri because she is kind, professional and human (which is not for everyone). 1 star goes to the rude secretary instead.

È stata irrispettosa, scortese e arrogante, di una indelicatezza tale da lasciarmi allibita. C'è modo e modo di trattare la gente, soprattutto in campo medico quando si toccano problematiche delicate. Ho trovato questo medico eticamente, deontologicamente e umanamente inadatto. Detto ciò mi sento di non consigliarla. My negative evaluation goes exclusively to Doctor Lauri who with me had a shameful behavior. She was disrespectful, rude and arrogant, with such indelicacy as to leave me stunned. There is a way and a way to treat people, especially in the medical field when sensitive issues are touched. I found this doctor ethically, deontologically and humanly unsuitable. Having said that I feel I do not recommend it.

I totally agree with the negative review about Dr. Lauri, I share every word and the negative impression I had. I don't recommend it.
m	massimo polizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamato il centro medico chiedendo se il loro staff trattasse o meno uno specifico tipo di dipendenza ( il centro è molto grande e vicino a dove abito quindi speravo lo potessero trattare). Bene, in una cosa così delicata la reception mi ha letteralmente riso in faccia e poi.. testuali parole " non credeva esistesse un certo tipo di dipendenza e mezzo ridendo/sfottendo la conversazione è terminata. E' un vero peccato trovare delle persone così, dovrebbero accogliere i pazienti e non sfotterli perchè ignorano l'esistenza di un certo problema. Veramente deluso, vedendo come si comporta la reception non oso immaginare il resto. Spero un titolare legga questo commento e posso prendere provvedimenti. Buona giornata. Called the medical center asking if their staff treated a specific type of addiction or not (the center is very large and close to where I live so I was hoping they could treat it). Well, in such a delicate thing the reception literally laughed in my face and then .. literal words "did not believe there was a certain type of addiction and half laughing / making fun of the conversation is over. It is a real shame to find people like this, they should welcome patients and not mock them because they ignore the existence of a certain problem. Really disappointed, seeing how the reception is behaving I dare not imagine the rest. I hope an owner reads this comment and I can take action. Good day.
