Unica nota negativa per cui non dò la 5' stellina è che la prenotazione è inutile in quanto procedono seguendo l'ordine di arrivo. Helpful and very kind staff. Di sicuro mi rivolgerò ancora a loro. I just got out of the center, they were quick and kind on check-in, and the nurse who was on duty for blood samples was kind, nice and efficient. I will certainly turn to them again.

Tuttavia, personale di accettazione cortese e disponibile, personale infermieristico molto preparato e molto capace. Consigliato. The center is quite small, so with spacing arrangements it may happen that you have to wait outside before being accommodated inside. However, courteous and helpful reception staff, very trained and very capable nursing staff. Recommended.

In 20 minuti hanno fatto la accettazione di 3 persone, mi hanno fatto pagare una ricetta con esenzione, faccio presente il problema e mi sento dire IMPOSSIBILE, controlla, vede che c'è l'errore, ma non c'è mai una scusa, anzi sembro quasi un fastidio, mi danno indietro i miei soldi con una nota di credito ed è tutto a posto. Sala di attesa piccolissima. Mi sono recato perché non c'era spazio per prenotare al SYNLAB di via Pacini ( dove solitamente faccio gli esami) e sicuramente non ci ritorno al SYNLAB DI VIA PORDENONE. Ho bisogno di fare un test sierologico per verificare la presenza di anticorpi specifici per chi ha fatto il vaccino anticovid, ho telefonato due volte prima di andare e sono stata rassicurata che me l avrebbero fatto. Questa mattina, prima di pagare 65 euro, ho chiesto nuovamente e , solo allora, scopro che non sono più sicuri. Chiedo di parlare con un medico e scopri che non lo fanno. La persona allo sportello, con immensa superficialità, parla di cose che non conosce e , per di più, insinua che non volessi pagare. È vero, non voglio dare 65 euro a degli incompetenti per un esame diverso da quello millantato. Widely not recommended. Era la prima volta che li recavo lì per effettuare delle analisi del sangue, ma non ci tornerò più. Una poco gentile signora all'accettazione, dopo che le avevo detto via perché in ritardo e loro dovevano aggiungere a mani tutte le analisi che avevo da fare, scocciata e rabbiosa, ha accartocciato i miei fogli e me li ha lanciati sotto il plexiglass. Dietro di me c'erano altre 6/7 persone in attesa, in una sala minuscola. Pessimo Too bad they cannot be given 0 stars. Pure rudeness. An unkind lady at the reception, after I told her away why I was late and they had to add all the analyzes I had to do by hand, annoyed and angry, crumpled up my sheets and threw them at me under the plexiglass. Non avevano neanche il mio nome sulla lista . ..Però devo ammettere che il dottore uomo che mi ha visitato per primo era bravo e cortese. Anche la seconda dottoressa brava . I waited for an hour on an appointment already made, other people came in to visit with appointments later than mine. The girl at the front desk was especially rude. They didn't even have my name on the list. .. But I must admit that the male doctor who visited me first was good and courteous. The second good doctor too.
