★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro postale smistamento sempre problematico . Raccomandate che non vengono smistate anche 20 giorni . Assurdo . Organizzati male e i responsabili a quanto pare sono sia menefreghisti che incompetenti . Voglia di lavorare saltami addosso . La gente paga per un servizio pessimo il quale ha dei tempi di consegna che non vengono rispettati .
 Post sorting center always problematic. Recommend that even 20 days are not sorted. Absurd . Badly organized and those responsible are apparently both careless and incompetent. Want to work jump on me. People pay for bad service which has lead times that are not met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacco spedito il 26/01/22 e ad oggi 02/02/22 ancora fermo a Sesto fiorentino. Ho letto che purtroppo il mio non è un caso isolato. Come mai non aggiornate la tracciabilita? Ma soprattutto come mai non spedite??? Pessimo servizio!
Parcel sent on 26/01/22 and today 02/02/22 still stopped in Sesto Fiorentino. I have read that unfortunately mine is not an isolated case. Why don't you update the traceability? But above all, why don't you ship ??? Bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aspetto una raccomandata con documenti urgenti. Spedita l'11 Ottobre,dal 15 è ferma al centro operativo di Firenze,ho chiamato il numero verde ma non ha fatto altro che dirmi ciò che già sapevo, in base al monitoraggio da me controllato. Ora necessito urgentemente di questi documenti e non so come sbloccare questa situazione. Mai più!
Aggiornamento: oggi 25 ottobre e risulta ancora in lavorazione !
10 Novembre ho perso le speranze!
20 Novembre: Fine della storia. Raccomandata mai arrivata.
22/11/2021 Sono stata contattata da poste italiane,per mettermi a conoscenza della procedura per il rimborso, confermando il mio reclamo per il disservizio in questione.
Fatto sta che hanno smarrito un documento molto importante!
I am waiting for a registered letter with urgent documents. Sent on 11 October, it has stopped at the Florence operations center since 15, I called the toll-free number but it did nothing but tell me what I already knew, based on the monitoring I checked. Now I urgently need these documents and I don't know how to unblock this situation. Never again!
Update: today October 25th and is still in the works!
November 10 I have lost hope!
November 20: End of the story. Registered never arrived.
11/22/2021 I was contacted by the Italian post office, to inform me of the refund procedure, confirming my complaint for the disservice in question.
The fact is that they have lost a very important document!

Ricevo cedolino per ritirare un pacco , sabato c è scritto è aperto dalle 8 alle 12.prendo un permesso da lavoro, arrivo allo sportello, la signora che mi riceve sembra messa li per caso, prende il cedolino, fa mille telefonate, non risponde nessuno, poi ferma un collega che usciva, per poi sentire oggi è chiuso! Faccio notare che c è scritto altro, lei mi risponde non so cosa dirle! Mi chiedo perché non si riesce a fare altro che non migliorare un servizio così scadente!
Una stellina perché altrimenti non mi salva la recensione ma sarebbe zero
One word: scandalous! I receive a slip to collect a parcel, on Saturday there is written it is open from 8 to 12 I take a work permit, I arrive at the counter, the lady who receives me seems to have been placed there by chance, takes the slip, makes a thousand calls, no one answers , then stops a colleague who was going out, only to hear today it's closed! I point out that there is something else written, she replies I don't know what to tell her! I wonder why you can't do anything but improve such poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato ieri in cassetta postale un foglio di ritiro pacco presso questo centro.
Premetto che il foglio non era altro che una cartolina di ritiro raccomandata corretta con intestazione CMP via Pasolini, senza orario ritiro e senza un numero di telefono per delle info.
Mi sono recato ieri verso le 16.00 a questo centro e la signora predisposta all"ufficio di accettazione dopo vari tentativi di telefonate mi conferma che l'ufficio generalmente chiude alle 15.00 e che lo avrei dovuto sapere.....
Come???? ?
Ritorno nuovamente oggi per la solita operazione e trovo davanti a me una signora con un foglio ritiro pacco anche lei. Mi dice di essere lì da 10 minuti ma in quei magazzini nessuno risponde.
Solo dopo 20 minuti il ragazzo di servizio chiama la direttrice dello stabile spiegandole il problema.
Mi sono fatto passare al telefono la signora e le ho illustrato anche io tutta questa trafila e il disservizio causatoci, ma con riscontro poco positivo. Ci fanno passare lasciando un documento e dopo un girovagare per tutto lo stabile in cerca del posto giusto arriviamo agli uffici dei postini e al nostro tanto sospirato pacco.
In conclusione usciamo da questo posto con il nostro pacco in mano dopo 40 minuti.
Secondo me qua c'è tutto da rivedere, il disservizio che causa è veramente indecente e visto tutte le recensioni antecedenti la mia il problema persiste da parecchio tempo.
Yesterday I found a parcel collection sheet in my mailbox at this center.
I state that the sheet was nothing more than a correct registered collection card with CMP header via Pasolini, without collection time and without a telephone number for information.
I went to this center yesterday around 4.00 pm and the lady at the reception office after several attempts to phone calls confirms that the office generally closes at 3.00 pm and that I should have known .....
As???? ?
I return again today for the usual operation and I find in front of me a lady with a parcel collection sheet too. He tells me he's been there for 10 minutes but no one answers in those warehouses.
Only after 20 minutes the service boy calls the manager of the building explaining the problem.
I let the lady call me and I also illustrated all this process and the disservice caused us, but with little positive feedback. They let us pass by leaving a document and after wandering around the building in search of the right place we arrive at the postmen's offices and our long-awaited package.
In conclusion we leave this place with our package in hand after 40 minutes.
In my opinion here there is everything to be reviewed, the disservice it causes is truly indecent and given all the reviews prior to mine the problem has persisted for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio pacco è fermo lì da voi dal 14 dicembre e nonostante abbia contattato il numero verde preposto alla risoluzione di tali problematiche, nonostante abbia compilato mediante il sito delle poste il modulo di sollecito (come invitato a fare dal servizio di assistenza telefonica) niente è cambiato. Vorrei semplicemente avvisarvi del fatto che la mia paziente si è esaurita (non essendo, oltretutto,l'unica volta che avvengono simili situazioni). A questo punto, la prossima settimana mi presenterò di persona presso il vostro stabile e non me ne andrò fino a quando non avrò avuto il mio pacco, dovessi anche buttarvi giù la porta a calci! Siete scandalosi.
