★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi lunghi per avere risposte. Ho lasciato la mia mail, per ricevere il referto, dopo 8 giorni nulla. Ho chiamato e sono caduti dalle nuvole, quindi ho ritirato il cartaceo. Una volta arrivato a casa ho scoperto che mancava parte del referto. Altra telefonata per ricevere il resto delle analisi. Aggiungo che c'è anche carenza igienica: non credo sia corretto maneggiare soldi, bancomat e poi fare prelievi senza guanti. Disastrosi.
Long time to get answers. I left my email, to receive the report, after 8 days nothing. I called and they fell out of the clouds, so I picked up the paper. Once I got home I discovered that part of the report was missing. Another call to receive the rest of the analyzes. I add that there is also a lack of hygiene: I do not think it is correct to handle money, ATMs and then make withdrawals without gloves. Disastrous.
