Il segretario molto scortese e poco professionale: una fila di 8 persone e lui non si sapeva dove fosse.
SE VOLETE TELEFONARE SAPPIATE CHE NON RISPONDERANNO!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto una prenotazione per tomografia assiale compiuterizzata, (tac), e mi informano che devo inviare ricetta medica. Sulla ricetta sta scritto tac addome completo. Mi inviano un preventivo per una ecg più rx torace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il radiologo, dott. Alfonso Lo Zito, è il massimo della disponibilità: sempre presente e pronto a darti il suo consulto.
Da quando c'è stata l'emergenza Covid si osserva il massimo rispetto delle disposizioni, a tutela di tutti.
La temperatura in ingresso viene sempre misurata e il personale addetto fa rispettare le regole, a cominciare dall' indossare bene la mascherina!
Grazie per la serietà dimostrata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero uno schifo.. Entri e già si respira aria di menefreghismo.. Arrivi alla reception, in attesa di essere servito e il personale, invece di servirti e chiederti di cosa hai bisogno, continua a fare altro, come se non si trovasse in una reception e dopo un po', sbotta dicendo "spostatevi che devo chiamare altre persone" in modo molto maleducato.. Non si rendono conto che hanno a che fare con dei malati e sarebbe necessaria estrema gentilezza e tatto.. Anche non fanno un favore a noi.. Ma se tutte le recensioni sono piuttosto negative... Significa che c'è qualcosa che non va! Per carità, non metto in dubbio la professionalità dei radiologi, ma l'accoglienza è il primo biglietto da visita!

Lo Zito ma nonostante ciò non me la sento di unirmi totalmente al coro degli insoddisfatti che hanno dato una stella come giudizio: per quanto mi riguarda ho trovato personale cortese e disponibile sia al telefono che di presenza! Purtroppo (nel mio caso) devo segnalare una dimenticanza (di cui mi sono accorto io, che sono ... ignorante in materia) nel referto inviatomi via mail ... certo questo può succedere (anche se, trattandosi di referti medici, non dovrebbe): tali episodi, alla lunga, possono nuocere alla credibilità del Centro stesso facendo venir meno la fiducia da parte dei "clienti"!

Lo Zito but despite this I don't feel like joining the chorus of dissatisfied people who have given a star as a judgment: as far as I'm concerned I found courteous and helpful staff both on the phone and in attendance! Unfortunately (in my case) I have to report a forgetfulness (of which I have noticed, that I am ... ignorant on the subject) in the report sent to me by e-mail ... of course this can happen (even if, being medical reports, it should not ): such episodes, in the long run, can damage the credibility of the Center itself, making the trust on the part of "customers" fail!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sgrobuti e maleducati! Entri e con tono scazzato ti chiedono cosa devi fare..se hai prenotato con Cup ti mandano direttamente a casa dicendoti che avresti dovuto chiamare prima per confermare l'appuntamento ma NON RISPONDONO MAI!
L'impiegato alla reception lavora con poca voglia e si rivolge ai clienti in altrettanto modo! I medici ti visitano in modo sbrigativo e ti mandano via praticamente subito!
Non verrò mai più! Vergognosi!
