Esperienza da dimenticare, trattano i clienti da ignoranti e in modo SGARBATO, non meritano un euro.. non affidate i vostri cari a questa """""""gente"""""" neanche per 5 minuti . Per non parlare del fatto che in quanto ai farmaci sono CONFUSI al 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento per le 17.15 .. La segretaria ci telefona 2 giorni prima per anticipare alle 17.00. Arriviamo puntuali e veniamo ricevuti per la visita solo alle 19.15 senza che nessuno venisse a scusarsi per l'attesa. Possono pure avere macchinari che portano l'uomo su Marte ma la maleducazione e la totale indifferenza per il paziente è assoluta... Per non dire del tecnico che viene al lavoro con i jeans strappati... Qui manca il rispetto, l'abito e pure il monaco. Per essere sinceri però durante la visita il tecnico è stato molto preciso e collaborativo e anche la segreteria ci ha aiutato... Purtroppo certe cose accadono perché si inseriscono troppi pazienti e tra visite ed esami clinici stai lì ad aspettare ore ed ore ..massimizzazione del profitto!!
Appointment for 17.15 .. The secretary calls us 2 days before to anticipate at 17.00. We arrive on time and we are received for the visit only at 7.15 pm without anyone coming to apologize for the wait. They may well have machines that take the man to Mars but the rudeness and total indifference to the patient is absolute ... Not to mention the technician who comes to work with ripped jeans ... Here there is no respect, no dress and the monk too. To be honest, however, during the visit the technician was very precise and collaborative and also the secretariat helped us ... Unfortunately, certain things happen because too many patients enter and between visits and clinical exams you are there waiting hours and hours .. of profit !!
