Possono tranquillamente tenersi le loro "fantomatiche" case (a questo punto dubito che siano reali),dilettanti che giocano col tempo degli altri. Per chi ha avuto la stessa esperienza consiglio di segnalare tutti gli annunci online, perché è giusto che simili persone siano appunto segnalati per i loro comportamenti. Visitata una casa con un loro agente (senza mascherina con tanto di invito a "togliermi la museruola"), il giorno successivo accetto di buon grado il loro invito nella sede di via Porpora per visionare la documentazione dell'immobile prima di procedere con una proposta di acquisto formale. Il titolare non conosceva NULLA ma per davvero NULLA dell'immobile gestito dalla sua struttura. Non è stato in grado di indicarmi nemmeno l'attuale subalterno dell'abitazione al Catasto e l'unico documento in loro possesso era uno stralcio dell'atto di provenienza. Non mi capacito di come potesse pensare di raccogliere una proposta corredata da assegno. Semplicemente non all'altezza per svolgere un mestiere come questo. Having visited a house with one of their agents (without a mask complete with an invitation to "take off my muzzle"), the next day I gladly accept their invitation to the office in via Porpora to view the documentation of the property before proceeding with a proposal of formal purchase. The owner did not know NOTHING but really NOTHING of the property managed by his structure. He was not even able to indicate to me the current subaltern of the house at the Cadastre and the only document in their possession was an excerpt of the deed of provenance. I can't understand how he could think of collecting a proposal with a check. Just not up to par for a job like this.

Penso che la maggior parte delle recensioni negative sia stata scritta da clienti ritardatari o che non riescono ad ammettere di aver tirato il pacco. I was fine, and actually they called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I think most of the negative reviews have been written by late customers or who can't admit they pulled the package.

Da parecchi anni sono loro cliente...e vi possono garantire che sono davvero affidabili, gentilissimi, onesti e anche di piacevole presenza! Non lasciatevi influenzare da queste persone, a mio parere, turbate.. I am amazed at how many negative comments there are written about this agency! Edit: Chiamate da parte vostra non ne ho ricevute. E comunque avreste potuto benissimo lasciare un messaggio di conferma. Ma pazienza, me lo sarei dovuto aspettare, d'altronde basta leggere le precedenti recensioni per farsi un'idea Booked an appointment to see a house, they don't show up and don't answer the phone.
