Aggiornamento ... torno ora dalla clinica Iphone di via di Boccea 539 , secondo loro il telefono ha i connettori della scheda madre danneggiati probabilmente da un precedente intervento fatto male ( e badate bene non sapevano dell'accaduto ) mi sostituiscono i connettori per 150 euro e se risolvo ok altrimenti non devo nulla , questo mi sembra un modo corretto di lavorare , no mandare via scontento un cliente dicendo di rivolgersi alla Apple per un danno che non riconosceranno mai in quanto provocato da probabile intervento tecnico mal eseguito ... Lavorando si può sbagliare basta prendersi la responsabilità e cercare con il cliente una soluzione ... se l'intervento costa 150 euro vuol dire che i pezzi da sostituire non costano poi chissà quanto .... non credo che debba aggiungere altro vi ho portato la mia esperienza in 2 diversi negozi a voi la scelta ... Grande cortesia e comprensione delle esigenze del cliente (avevo urgenza di riavere il telefono il prima possibile e così è stato). Super consigliato! I ragazzi sono sempre stati disponibili e comprensivi, il lavoro è sempre stato svolto bene e seriamente. Ci tengo a far sapere che la prima volta che cambiai lo schermo qui fu nei giorni a cavallo di ferragosto dell'anno scorso. Contattai diversi centri di riparazione telefoni ma tutti mi dissero che era una data sfortunata per me, in quanto i fornitori in quei giorni fanno ritardare le spedizioni di un po' di tempo (essendo appunto ferragosto). Poi ho trovato cellmaniak su maps, li ho contattati e ho spiegato loro che il telefono mi serviva per lo studio universitario, il ragazzo è stato molto comprensivo ed è riuscito dopo un po' di ricerca a trovare un fornitore, riparandomi lo schermo in tempo record (rispetto l'aspettativa con qualsiasi altro negozio di riparazione cellulari), rispettando comunque i loro orari e giorni di chiusura. Questo lo dico non per farli lavorare intorno ferragosto haha ma perché sono persone che ascoltano il cliente e che non si limitano a fare il loro lavoro egregiamente, ma se possono aiutare il cliente lo fanno. Poi abito anche abbastanza lontano da dove stanno, ma preferisco farmi 30+ min di macchina da casa mia fino a cellmaniak per avere un servizio serio e professionale. I contacted several phone repair centers but they all told me that it was an unfortunate date for me, as the suppliers in those days delay shipments for some time (since it is mid-August). Then I found cellmaniak on maps, I contacted them and I explained to them that I needed the phone for university study, the guy was very understanding and after some research he managed to find a supplier, repairing my screen in record time (I respect the expectation with any other cell phone repair shop), while respecting their closing hours and days. I say this not to make them work around mid-August haha but because they are people who listen to the customer and who do not just do their job very well, but if they can help the customer they do it. Then I also live quite far from where they are, but I prefer to drive 30+ minutes from my house to cellmaniak to have a serious and professional service.
