C	Claudio Alterio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA PESSIMA.. Nel dicembre 2019 ho versato circa 200 euro a questi signori per essere sottoposto ad un ciclo di terapie per la schiena. HO INZIATO LE SUDDETTE TERAPIE NEL MESE DI DICEMBRE 2019, DOPODICHE', VISTO CHE LA STRUTTURA NON ERA ADEGUATAMENTE RISPCALDATA (E CON I PROBLEMI DI ARTROSI E CERVICALE INFFIAMMATA NON CREDO SIA CONVENIENTE ESPORSI AL FREDDO), DOPO LA QUINTA TERAPIA DECISI INSIEME AL PERSONALE ADDETTO DI RIVEDERCI A GIUNGNO 2019 PER CONCLUDERE IL PROGRAMMA. Da giugno 2019 sino ad oggi non è stato possibile per me concludere il ciclo di terapie in quanto, l'esito della la risposta alle mie numerosissime richieste telefoniche volte a sapere quando avrei potuto ricominciare le prestazioni da me pagate ma non ancora effettuate, è stato sempre negativo, la risposta della centralinista addetta è stata sempre la stessa: le terapie sono sospese temporaneamente e non si sa quando e se riprenderanno. Recentemente ho chiesto l' accesso alla scheda di verifica delle prestazioni di cui ho effettivamente usufruito in cui veniva confermata l' avvenuta prestazione con la mia firma ma non mi è stata mai consegnata in quanto, a detta della segretaria/centralinista, manca la fisioterapista che mi seguì nel 2019 per cui loro non sanno dove si trovi.Non ho avuto alcun tipo di risarcimento per le prestazioni non effettuate. BAD EXPERIENCE .. In December 2019, I paid around 200 euros to these gentlemen to undergo a course of back therapies. I STARTED THE ABOVE THERAPIES IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2019, AFTER THIS, SINCE THE STRUCTURE WAS NOT ADEQUATELY HEATED (AND WITH THE PROBLEMS OF ARTHROSIS AND A FLAMED NECK, I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS CONVENIENT TO EXPOSE TO THE COLD THEREFORE SEE YOU AGAIN IN JUNE 2019 TO CONCLUDE THE PROGRAM. From June 2019 until today it has not been possible for me to conclude the cycle of therapies as, the outcome of the response to my numerous telephone requests aimed at knowing when I could restart the services I paid for but not yet performed, was always negative, the answer of the receptionist was always the same: the therapies are temporarily suspended and it is not known when and if they will resume. I recently requested access to the performance check sheet which I actually used where it was confirmed the service took place with my signature but it was never delivered to me as, according to the secretary / switchboard operator, the physiotherapist who followed me in 2019 is missing so they do not know where she is. the services not performed.
