Fatta ecografia addome, il tecnico/medico referta una pseudo formazione nodulare di 3 cm al rene sinistro con spot vascolare; oltre a riferirmi verbalmente che la forma del rene in questione gli sembrava irregolare.
Consiglia da referto direttamente la tac col contrasto.
Sotto consiglio del medico di famiglia che peraltro mi aveva sponsorizzato il centro, faccio la tac senza il mezzo di contrasto.
L'indagine, che è già più completa dell'eco, non rivela e non vede nulla di tutto ciò che aveva refertato precedentemente il tecnico.
Sul nuovo referto viene scritto "utile tac con contrasto".
Al che ho per fortuna l'intuizione di andare in un un altro centro diagnostico di cui non faccio il nome e, rifaccio l'eco addome.
Il medico referta che i reni sono regolari ed evidenzia che non ci sono immagini ecopercepibili da riferire a litiadi o ectasia delle vie escretrici.
Pertanto io, dopo aver fatto 2 indagini in questo centro, avrei dovuto fare la 3°, quella più invasiva e dannosa per le forti radiazioni.
Non si può speculare sulla salute fisica e mentale delle persone in questa maniera.
Un centro di tale livello dovrebbe avere tecnici con provata esperienza, doti umane oltre che professionali.
Sarebbe stato sufficiente che il medico mi consigliasse di ripetere l'eco in un altro giorno, invece in maniera quasi infastidita mi ha liquidato con due parole peraltro poco chiare.
Oltre al danno economico, nei giorni successivi ho avuto paura e sconforto poiché sono stato veramente preoccupato per la mia salute.

After ultrasound of the abdomen, the technician / doctor reports a pseudo nodular formation of 3 cm in the left kidney with a vascular spot; as well as verbally telling me that the shape of the kidney in question seemed irregular to him.
Recommend from the report directly the tac with the contrast.
Under the advice of the family doctor who had sponsored me the center, I do the CT scan without the contrast medium.
The investigation, which is already more complete than the echo, does not reveal and does not see anything of everything that the technician had previously reported.
On the new report is written "useful tac with contrast".
To which I fortunately have the intuition to go to another diagnostic center of which I do not mention and, I repeat the abdomen echo.
The doctor reports that the kidneys are regular and highlights that there are no eco-perceptible images to refer to lithiades or ectasia of the excretory tract.
Therefore, after having made 2 investigations in this center, I should have done the 3rd one, the most invasive and harmful to the strong radiation.
One cannot speculate on people's physical and mental health in this way.
A center of this level should have technicians with proven experience, human as well as professional skills.
It would have been enough if the doctor advised me to repeat the echo on another day, but in an almost annoyed way he dismissed me with two unclear words.
In addition to the financial damage, in the following days I was afraid and despondent as I was really worried about my health.
