Un'ora e mezza di attesa per la visita perché la dottoressa non si accerta che ci siano pazienti fuori ad attendere. Tra l'altro la visita è stata sbrigativa e la dottoressa molto sulle sue e distaccata. Per il tipo di servizio a pagamento ci si aspetta un po' di riguardo in più. Paghi e sembra che ti stiano facendo un favore. A questo punto molto meglio recarsi in una struttura pubblica. All’accettazione mi ha accolto una signora di bell’aspetto, molto gentile. Ha provveduto a registrarmi e contattare subito il medico e, salito al primo piano sono stato convocato subito per effettuare l’esame. Precisi, esaustivi, gentilissimi. Assurdo e snervante. Un centro polidiagnostico di questa portata non riesce a risolvere questo problema da piu di un anno. Due medici diversi, e ogni volta una visita per modo di dire e la solita tarantella del "ti faccio lo sconto" se paghi in contanti e quindi niente fattura! Una vergogna!!! Dopo essere stato ricontattato due volte per cambiare l'orario dell'ecografia che doveva effettuare mia madre(che per inciso ha 84 anni), ho pensato "però come sono precisi". Non l'avessi mai pensato..... Le tre impiegate dell'accettazione sembravano essere in un mondo tutto loro, troppo impegnate con i loro telefonini per badare alle persone che saltavano la fila imbucandosi nello studio dove si effettuava l'esame. E il tipo che effettuava l'eco le faceva passare. Ho chiesto spiegazioni ripetendo per ben 4 volte la stessa domanda, e così la tizia dell'accettazione, che sembrava uno di quei bimbi che chiudono gli occhi per non farsi vedere, si è svegliata e mi ha detto che c'era ancora da attendere. Alla fine mia madre ottantaquattrenne ha dovuto attendere 2 ore, senza neanche effettuare l'esame perché non ce la faceva più. Siamo andati via perdendo soldi e tempo. ASSOLUTAMENTE 0 STELLE.
