Per un tampone alla gola di un bambino di 10 anni ( con placche visibili e febbre a 39 ) mi hanno fatto aspettare 48 ore per poi dirmi che non c'era nulla...siamo dovuti andare 4 volte per ritirare i risultati. Mai più. Incompetent. For a throat swab of a 10-year-old boy (with visible plaques and a fever at 39) they made me wait 48 hours and then told me that there was nothing ... we had to go 4 times to collect the results. Prima volta prenoto un tampone telefonicamente e di persona arrivo al giorno del tampone non avevano il mio nominativo e non volevano farmi il tampone. Tutti possiamo sbagliare ritorno per la seconda volta sempre per un tampone chiamo e mi dicono che non ho bisogno di prenotazione, conclusione si sono rifiutati di fare il tampone perché pieno!!!! Personale incapace. Bad experience !!! Incompetent staff !!!
