★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile assegnare 0 come valutazione altrimenti lo avrei fatto...è a dir poco vergognoso che per fare una visita dermatologica di confrollo, dopo aver aspettato quasi un'ora davanti alla porta dell'ambulatorio, mi chiamino dall'accettazione e mi dicano che il dottore "Pellegrino" mi riceverà nel suo studio privato, sito in un palazzo quasi di fronte alla Cedisa. La ciliegina sulla torta è che giunto nel suo studio, dinanzi a me ho trovato ben 7 pazienti e quindi chissà quanto tempo ancora mi toccherà aspettare. Inoltre, ho perso la precedenza che avrei avuto se il dottore fosse venuto nell'ambulatorio presso la Cedisa, avendo lì il nunero 1 e allo studio privato il numero 8. Spero vivamente che una situazione del genere non capiti mai più e nessuno come me e una coppia di "poveri" anziani arrivati poco dopo di me, debba vivere e sopportare...è assurdo e incomprensibile!!!
It is not possible to assign 0 as an evaluation otherwise I would have done it ... to say the least shameful that to make a dermatological check-up visit, after waiting almost an hour in front of the door of the surgery, they call me from acceptance and tell me that the doctor "Pellegrino" will receive me in his private office, located in a building almost in front of the Cedisa. The icing on the cake is that when I arrived in his office, I found 7 patients in front of me and therefore who knows how long I will have to wait. In addition, I lost the precedence that I would have had if the doctor had come to the clinic at Cedisa, having there the nunero 1 and the private office number 8. I sincerely hope that such a situation will never happen again and nobody like me and a couple of "poor" elderly who arrived shortly after me, have to live and endure ... it's absurd and incomprehensible !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro diagnostico tra i più conosciuti, almeno dalle mie parti. La struttura è sul retro di un condominio e, sinceramente, poteva essere segnalato meglio dalla piazza antistante. La pulizia e l'ordine sono decenti ma non al massimo. L'accettazione è al primo piano e l'addetta sembra sia lì solo per dare informazioni. Alle 16 non era molto affollato e dopo una breve attesa davanti alla stanza indicata si viene chiamati direttamente dal dottore. Mi aspettavo una struttura migliore. Il parcheggio, anche se è presente un gabbiotto con sbarra, non è custodito. Unica nota positiva, che però forse è la più importante, il personale medico sembra serio e competente.
Diagnostic center among the best known, at least in my part. The structure is on the back of an apartment building and, honestly, it could have been better indicated from the square in front. Cleanliness and order are decent but not at best. The acceptance is on the first floor and the attendant seems to be there just to give information. At 4pm it was not very crowded and after a short wait in front of the indicated room he was called directly by the doctor. I expected a better structure. The parking lot, even if there is a cage with a bar, is not guarded. The only positive note, which is perhaps the most important, however, the medical staff seems serious and competent.

Alle ore 12.30 faccio una visita dal dermatologo il dottore Pellegrino mi siedo e aspetto di essere visitata ma niente ho avuto solo i numeri privati di cellulare e indirizzo del proprio studio privato Ma dico ma i responsabili dove stanno perché stamattina volevo fare ricorso ma come sempre i responsabili non ci sono mai nei propri uffici

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro ben attrezzato, con buone competenze mediche. Forse il finto parcheggio a pagamento si può evitare, soprattutto se si deve venire a ritirare solamente un referto. Qualche sorriso in più da parte del personale non guasterebbe...
Well equipped center with good medical skills. Perhaps the fake paid parking can be avoided, especially if you only have to pick up a report. A few more smiles from the staff wouldn't hurt ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso recensire con meno di una stella, ma lo farei volentieri. Azzardato mi sembra definire "visita dermatologica" quella con dottore Pellegrino il quale, in uno studio senza alcun tipo di strumentazioni se non la luce del sole mi diagnosticava un problema di lieve entità a suo dire, mentre si preoccupava di mettermi a conoscenza che nel suo studio privato avrebbe potuto offrirmi al modico prezzo di 80 euro tutte le cure e le strumentazioni di cui avrei avuto bisogno. Indispettito dalle mie rimostranze mi strappava la prescrizione di una crema che mi aveva dato e si preoccupava di fare firmare e timbrare le prescrizioni solo dopo aver strappato le prime senzanè timbro né firma. Dopo aver parlato con un responsabile per chiedere il rimborso della visita, mi è stato negato! 35 euro buttati ...alla luce del sole!
Can't review with less than one star, but I'd gladly do it. It seems risky to me to define a "dermatological visit" with Doctor Pellegrino who, in a study without any kind of instrumentation except the sunlight, diagnosed me with a minor problem, according to him, while he took care to make me aware that in his private studio could have offered me all the treatments and equipment I would need for the modest price of 80 euros. Disrespectful of my grievances, he tore off the prescription of a cream he had given me and took care to have the prescriptions signed and stamped only after tearing the first ones without stamp or signature. After speaking to a manager to ask for a refund of the visit, I was denied! 35 euros thrown away ... in the sunlight!
