Per chi è impossibilitato a recarsi di persona per la prenotazione è un servizio alquanto pessimo. Per giunta sono mesi che cerco di prenotare un' ecografia al seno ( sapendo che va chiamato il primo giorno di ciclo) ed ogni mese mi viene detto di chiamare il mese successivo perché o è venerdì o è sabato o è domenica! La prima da 33 minuti... 11 persone in attesa.... La seconda 27 minuti 9 persone in attesa, in entrambi i casi arrivato al mio turno veniva messo giù il telefono!!!! Pessimi e ancora pessimi!!!!! Bad bad bad bad bad bad and if you had not yet understood BAD !!!!! Two phone calls to book .... The first for 33 minutes ... 11 people waiting .... Senza pazienza e incompetenti. Se avete un appuntamento alle 17:00 passate direttamente verso le 20:00 a fare la visita che forse entrate.
