g	giovanni sarubbi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è insolente e sgarbato, il garage chiude alle 22 e dopo quell'ora bisogna chiamare un telefonino perché aprano da remoto; questa possibilità, però, viene prospettata come extrema ratio, facendo capire che è una seccatura. Per entrare occorre che il gestore faccia alzare una sbarra e, in un'occasione mi ha fatto aspettare 20 minuti! Se si tratti di ottusa incapacità o di specifica malevolenza non so dire. The staff is insolent and rude, the garage closes at 10 pm and after that time you have to call a mobile phone to open it remotely; this possibility, however, is proposed as an extrema ratio, making it clear that it is a nuisance. To enter, the manager must raise a bar and, on one occasion, made me wait 20 minutes! Whether it's obtuse inability or specific malevolence I don't know.

Ottimo soprattutto il fatto,che essendo chiuso di domenica, ha il controllo remoto della serranda. We parked 2 motorcycles one day for the price of 10 euros each. Lascio la macchina con un po' di preoccupazione in quanto mi dicono che verrà portata in un altro garage...il giorno dopo vado a ritirarla e mio figlio si accorge che avevano preso delle monete che avevo lasciato all'interno (mio figlio le aveva fotografate a mia insaputa, e direi per fortuna). Lo faccio presente al responsabile il quale si è comportato come se fosse del tutto normale non ha nemmeno provato a dire quanto mancava per restituire la somma! Il danno non è ingente, quello che fa pensare è la poca serietà dimostrata, tanto che a quel punto mi sono domandata se la mia macchina fosse stata veramente portata in un altro garage o parcheggiata chissà dove. Aggiungo che mi hanno prima fatto pagare e poi detto che l'avrebbero portata altrove! Se dovessi tornare a Salerno non la lascerei in questo garage, che peraltro mi è stato consigliato dalla titolare del b&b presso il quale ho alloggiato. Consiglio di trovare altri garage e di leggere prima le recensioni e non andare a fiducia...a prescindere come ho fatto io. I recommend finding other garages and reading the reviews first and not going to trust ... no matter how I did.

Ho trovato notizia di un giovane ufficiale salernitano che aveva studiato nel Ginnasio Liceo Tasso (ora Convitto Nazionale di largo Abate Conforti), caduto durante la grande guerra e decorato con medaglia d'argento. Onore a lui! Public garage centrally located in the city. I wondered who Francesco Manzo was, to whom this street was named in 1958. I found news of a young officer from Salerno who had studied in the Liceo Tasso high school (now the Convitto Nazionale di largo Abate Conforti), who fell during the great war and was decorated with a silver medal. Honor to him!

B	Beatrice Petrazzuolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un garage che dichiara di essere aperto 24 ore su 24 e poi alle 06.30 del mattino vado a prendere l'auto ed il garage è chiuso. Chiamo i numeri affissi all'esterno per le emergenze ed il signore che mi risponde abbastanza sgarbatamente mi dice che lui non può farci nulla perché il garage apre alle 07.30, pertanto mi invita ad aspettare. Fortunatamente sono stata ricontattata da un'altra persona estremamente gentile e comprensiva che ha fatto venire qualcuno ad aprirmi e alle 07.15 sono riuscita ad avere l'auto. Voto 4 perché la gentilezza è importante, nonostante le incomprensioni. A garage that claims to be open 24 hours a day and then at 06.30 am I go to get the car and the garage is closed. I call the numbers posted outside for emergencies and the gentleman who answers me quite rudely tells me that he can't do anything about it because the garage opens at 07.30, so he invites me to wait. Fortunately I was contacted by another extremely kind and understanding person who had someone come to open me and at 07.15 I managed to get the car. Rated 4 because kindness is important, despite misunderstandings.

Esperienza positiva. Top courtesy, availability and seriousness. Nothing to complain about, on time for the return of the car and parked in such a way as not to suffer damage. Positive experience.
