Che dire gentilissimi e cortesi e il giovane operatore se non sbaglio claudio e stato molto disponibile e preparato dopo avermi cambiato le lampadine della mia grande punto. Nel tentativo di farmi una cortesia mi hanno pulito il parabrezza di uno scooter con un prodotto non idoneo rendendolo talmente opaco da doverlo sostituire (70€ a spese mie). Unfortunately my experience was not positive! In an attempt to do me a courtesy, they cleaned the windshield of a scooter with an unsuitable product, making it so opaque that it had to be replaced (€ 70 at my expense).

It represents a great convenience in the city. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. I went for the car overhaul and they were super fast and effective.
G	Gianni Censini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presto questo garage per lavare l'auto e fare la revisione, appena arrivo vengo fermato da un tizio, alquanto sgarbato nei modi, il quale mi dice che per il lavaggio non è possibile perché sono pieni, mi fa però accostare per fare la revisione. Viene a prendersi il libretto dopo 5 min, e dopo un po' viene a dirmi che dopo mezz'ora è possibile iniziare a farla, io declino e gli dico che verrò in altro momento e mi ridà il libretto. Dopo neanche un minuto ci ripenso e chiedo con la solita maniera gentile che mi contraddistingue quanto tempo ci vuole, e lui, che intanto stava portando un'altra auto a fare la revisione (ma non ci voleva mezz'ora?) mi dice che ora faranno prima quell'altra auto e poi mi dice in maniera cafona e sgarbatissima che me ne devo andare!! Ma stiamo scherzando? E' questo il modo di trattare i clienti? Non siete mai stati degli assi della cortesia (a parte un signore che è davvero garbato), però lavate l'auto quasi sempre bene. Questo purtroppo non basta, non si trattano così le persone I went early to this garage to wash the car and do the overhaul, as soon as I arrive I am stopped by a guy, quite rude in his ways, who tells me that it is not possible to wash because they are full, but he makes me pull over to do revision. He comes to take the booklet after 5 minutes, and after a while he comes to tell me that after half an hour it is possible to start making it, I decline and I tell him that I will come at another time and he gives me the booklet back. After not even a minute I think about it and ask with the usual polite manner that distinguishes me how long it takes, and he, who in the meantime was taking another car to be serviced (but didn't it take half an hour?), Tells me what time they will do that other car first and then tell me in a peasant and rude way that I have to go !! Are we joking? Is this the way to treat customers? You have never been a fan of courtesy (apart from a gentleman who is really polite), but you wash your car almost always well. Unfortunately, this is not enough, people are not treated like this
