★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è una vergogna...prenoti online viene fuori un prezzo di 15€ per una giornata compreso di navetta...mi arriva anche notifica dettagliata via email...solo per correttezza chiamo mi viene detto di non tenere conto di tale prenotazione ma la navetta è a parte con ulteriore costo di €5...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aperti 24 ore su 24 non lo sono. Mi presento all’ora di prenotazione 4.45 e trovo un cancello sbarrato che viene aperto solo dopo molto da un’altra persona del condominio. Si palesa dopo 15 minuti uno pseudo parcheggiatore che prima con fare tra l’intimidatorio e lo scazzato ci chiede chi ci ha aperto e poi alla nostra richiesta “ci vuole molto?” (visto il tempo perso ed un treno in partenza a strettissimo giro) ci risponde in un napoletano strettissimo “se avete fretta potete anche andar via”. Servizio da 0 e nulla più. Oltre che inesistente estremamente scortese. Ps. Risolto il tutto parcheggiando di fronte la stazione nelle striscie blu ad un prezzo addirittura inferiore!

Prenotazione effettuata con servizio navetta, per prendere un treno in stazione. Arriviamo al parcheggio, ci fanno attendere 20 min rispetto l'orario di prenotazione (eravamo arrivati anche prima) dunque chiedo, "avremmo un treno, ci vuole molto?" Risposta "se andate di fretta ve ne potete anche andare" (riferito in dialetto stretto).
Ovviamente ce ne siamo andati all'istante.
Incommentabile il servizio, qualcosa che va ben oltre la scortesia.
