★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile prenotare da internet, non è possibile prenotare per telefono perché dopo 28 telefonate in un giorno non risponde mai nessuno! Spero siano bravi perché per ora sembra di essere tornato agli anni 50’ dove tutto si faceva di persona a sportello! ....forse quando ci dicono “voi del sud...” non hanno tutti i torti!!!!
 It is not possible to book from the internet, it is not possible to book by phone because after 28 phone calls in a day no one ever answers! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e indifferenza all'accoglienza, pessima gestione degli appuntamenti. Assistenza e visita cardiologica approssimativa e superficiale... personale medico e all'accettazione scortese e scocciato, quasi come mi stessero facendo un favore. Mi toccherà rifare tutti gli accertamenti in un centro differente perchè purtroppo non mi hanno trasmesso ne sicurezza, ne fiducia, ne professionalità.
Unfriendliness and indifference to welcoming, bad management of appointments. Rough and superficial cardiac care and examination ... medical staff and rude and annoyed acceptance, almost like they were doing me a favor. I will have to redo all the checks in a different center because unfortunately they have not given me security, trust, or professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro polidiagnostico ben attrezzato. Ci voleva una struttura come questa in una cittadina come Pontecagnano, con un discreto bacino di utenza.
Non sempre si riesce a prenotare un appuntamento al primo colpo, ma solitamente dopo un paio di tentativi è possibile trovare un operatore molto disponibile e cortese.
I medici mi sono sembrati, in più occasioni, pratici ed efficienti. Forse non tutti sono molto empatici (Grey's Anatomy non esiste nella realtà) ma certamente preparati e competenti. Ed è quello che conta di più
Well-equipped polydiagnostic center. We needed a structure like this in a town like Pontecagnano, with a decent catchment area.
It is not always possible to book an appointment at the first try, but usually after a couple of attempts it is possible to find a very helpful and courteous operator.
The doctors seemed to me, on several occasions, practical and efficient. Perhaps not everyone is very empathetic (Grey's Anatomy does not exist in reality) but certainly prepared and competent. And that's what matters most

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo,si arriva a che ora si vuole,con persone che attendono davanti la porta più di un'ora,scortesia ai massimi livelli,tra di loro non si capiscono,mai più ..con mia mamma oggi hanno superato il limite ...vergognoso!!
Bad, you get to what time you want, with people waiting at the door for more than an hour, rudeness at the highest levels, they don't understand each other, never again .. with my mom today they have exceeded the limit ... shameful!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I miei complimenti vanno solo alla dottoressa delle risonanze (mi scuso ma nn ricordo il nome) che è molto paziente, cortese e professionale. Pessimo (per cui nn do che una Stella) il servizio accoglienza. Attesa troppo lunga, davvero oltre misura. In più un'arroganza della signora al desk che fa perdere la pazienza a colui che viene definito paziente. Basta dire "scusate per l'attesa con un sorriso" per allievare il disagio che si sta arrecando, invece di risentirsi alzando la voce e mostrandosi maleducata. Peccato perché chi lavora con impegno debba essere penalizzato da una gestione poca accurata. Suggerimento: cambiare lavoro se nn vi piace
My compliments go only to the MRI doctor (I apologize but I don't remember the name) who is very patient, courteous and professional. Bad (for which I give only one star) the welcome service. Too long a wait, really beyond measure. In addition, the arrogance of the lady at the desk that makes someone who is called patient lose patience. Just saying "sorry for waiting with a smile" to alleviate the discomfort you are causing, instead of resenting it by raising your voice and being rude. Too bad because those who work hard must be penalized by poor management. Tip: change jobs if you don't like it
