Lei ha fatto tutto in fretta, non aveva nessun interesse in aiutarmi. Semplicemente ha cercato la forma di togliersi da addosso il mio problema. Non ritornerei mai. I can't talk about the other doctors but I had a doctor (I don't even remember her name), who wasn't nice at all and I felt she didn't care about patients. She did everything quickly, she had no interest in helping me. He simply looked for a way to get rid of my problem. I would never go back.

È la prima volta che dopo un trattamento laser ho ottenuto risultati simili. Ho provato a ricontattare il dottore Fumagalli e la clinica ma non ho ottenuto nessuna risposta. Fortemente sconsigliato. Se dovessi far attendere io un cliente oltre mezz'ora, senza una scusa o un aggiornamento, lo perderei. È logicamente il mio caso ed è un peccato perché basterebbe poco per gestire i ritardi. Prima ancora di preoccuparvi di fare pubblicità online, oliate i processi. Al dott. Astolfi consiglierei di gestire meglio la propria agenda, non è piacevole essere trattati in questo modo. Spero che questa critica costruttiva non cada nel vuoto e che futuri pazienti siano più fortunati. Unfortunately, little attention to the customer.
