★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è sempre stato buono, però le due stelle sono giustificate dal fatto che sui mezzi di superficie il green pass non è mai stato controllato e possono salire tutti liberamente. Inoltre, è impensabile attendere ogni mattina 8 e più minuti per i mezzi superficie alla prima fermata dopo la partenza dal capolinea.

È vergognoso non prevedere corse aggiuntive oltre l'orario consueto in occasione di eventi come quello di stasera al Mediolanum Forum.
Lasciare a piedi centinaia di persone, dopo un concerto di una certa rilevanza, è ingiusto anzi infame e pericoloso.
