Ho chiesto via mail , utilizzando l'indirizzo sul sito, il favore di inviarmi alcune fatture che mia madre, anziana ,ha perso. Non riuscivo a ricevere nulla, per cui ho chiamato e rimandato la mail, ma nulla . Alla seconda telefonata con mio tono assolutamente tranquillo, ha risposto una segretaria furibonda , che, lasciandomi basita, mi ha assalita apostrofandomi con grandissima scortesia e con tono supponente, lamentandosi delle mie continue chiamate(? era la seconda volta) , dicendo che avevo avuto tutte le indicazioni necessarie e per colpa mia stava perdendo molto tempo. Mai vista una modalità di questo tipo da una persona che si rapporta con i clienti. Penso si possa anche sbagliare l'indirizzo mail ,io ho usato il primo dei due presenti sul sito... State attenti a scrivere su quello giusto , altrimenti sono guai! Visto anche quanto costano le prestazioni di questo studio, la segretaria potrebbe evitare di dare in escandescenze per un banale equivoco Ma vedo dalle recensioni sotto che è capitato anche ad altri. rude and aggressive secretary. Da notare che, nonostante la mia fosse un'emergenza, il Dr. Bassani ha potuto visitarmi durante la pausa pranzo nonostante la Sua fittissima agenda. Gliene saro' per sempre grato. Al contrario dopo sollecito mail il Prof mi ha visto per un’urgenza mettendomi auricoloterapia facendomi acquistare in una vicina ortopedia di sua conoscenza oltre alla visita di 100 ho speso 80 euro più 120 più 130 euro di cuscini al grano saraceno, fit sit e plantari che purtroppo si sono rivelati inutili.
