Mi sono presentata per risolvere un problema di vaginosi, che a sentir lei durante la chiacchierata “magari ero io che percepivo un odore che non mi piace e che magari partiva tutto dalla testa”. Insisto per fare un tampone e infatti risultano vari batteri che causano quel particolare odore.
Mi prescrive una cura ma non è stata chiara riguardo l’esito del mio tampone che prensentava diversi ceppi di batteri, dicendomi al telefono “ quel batterio lo può risolvere solo con ricovero ospedaliero quindi se lo tenga”. Alla mia richiesta di aiuto per capire meglio mi ha ripetuto la stessa frase con decisione e freddezza per chiudere in maniera sbrigativa la telefonata. Riguardo il resto la sua cura non ha funzionato e mi sono sentita completamente abbandonata.
Io da questa dottoressa non ci torno non tanto perché non ha risolto il mio problema, perché posso capire che ci voglia del tempo o che una cura possa non funzionare, ma per l’atteggiamento che ha avuto nei miei confronti.

She prescribes a treatment for me but has not been clear about the outcome of my swab which took on different strains of bacteria, telling me on the phone "that bacterium can only be solved with hospitalization so if you keep it". When I asked for help to understand better, he repeated the same sentence with determination and coldness to hastily end the phone call. As for the rest, her treatment didn't work and I felt completely abandoned.
I don't go back to this doctor not so much because she hasn't solved my problem, because I can understand that it takes time or that a cure may not work, but because of the attitude she had towards me.
