★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spasso in giro per il Monferrato siamo capitati per caso a Moleto, in questo bellissimo ristorante, arredato con cura e con un'atmosfera elegantemente vintage. Abbiamo apprezzato il personale giovane e molto cordiale e il menù ricercato con materie prime d'eccellenza. Molto apprezzata la battuta di fassona con maionese alla nocciola e i gnocchi di patate e barbabietola per non parlare dei dolci, che, da bravi golosoni, abbiamo provato quasi tutti. Complimenti!
 Strolling around the Monferrato we came across Moleto by chance, in this beautiful restaurant, furnished with care and with an elegantly vintage atmosphere. We appreciated the young and very friendly staff and the refined menu with excellent raw materials. The fassona tartare with hazelnut mayonnaise and the potato and beetroot gnocchi are very popular, not to mention the desserts, which, as good gourmands, we have tried almost all of them. Well done!

Cibo di ottima qualità,eccellente preparazione e materia prima. Località incantevole,un vecchio borgo arroccato sulle colline del Monferrato,splendida la vista dalle ampie vetrate delle sale interne, pittoresco il cortine..
I don't give 5 stars just because of the service ... a little inattentive.
Excellent quality food, excellent preparation and raw material. Enchanting location, an old village perched on the hills of Monferrato, the view from the large windows of the internal rooms is splendid, the curtain is picturesque ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto perfetto dagli alimenti al personale. L 'unico neo, non del ristorante, ma del luogo: non c'è illuminazione nel parcheggio. Meno male che nei cellulari ci sono le pile x illuminare l'ambiente! Costa poco all'amministrazione locale mettere un lampione sull'incrocio x il posteggio......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo venute a pranzo, l'accoglienza è stata ottima con un èntree dello chef delizioso. Lo staff è stato eccellente in tutto, ho apprezzato molto anche la location molto elegante ma spontanea. Ci siamo trovate divinamente, torneremo di sicuro.
5 stelle meritate!!
We came for lunch, the welcome was great with a delightful chef èntree. The staff was excellent throughout, I also really appreciated the very elegant but spontaneous location. We found ourselves divinely, we will be back for sure.

La carta per ordinare è arrivata subito, abbiamo atteso 20 minuti seduti al tavolo la cameriera che è passata più volte dicendo “arrivo”, dopo la lunga attesa ce ne siamo andati senza esser riusciti ad ordinare e come noi altri clienti. Nessuno ci ha salutato prima, nessuno ci ha salutato dopo. Capisco ci possano essere stati molti avventori, basta organizzarsi però..
We stopped with the intention of having a quick aperitif. The order card arrived immediately, we waited 20 minutes seated at the table by the waitress who passed several times saying "I am coming", after the long wait we left without being able to order and like us other customers. Nobody greeted us before, nobody greeted us after. I understand there may have been many customers, just get organized though ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliato! Ambiente curato sia all'interno sia all'esterno, con un servizi fra i tavoli attento e preciso nei tempi.
Abbiamo assaggiato diversi piatti,fra antipasti,primi,secondi e poi il Bonnet come dolce. Le porzioni sono giuste/abbondanti. Le foto parlano da sole. Gli gnocchi e gli spaghettoni molto buoni. Da tornare in compagnia per godersi riposo e buona cucina in quel del Monferrato
Recommended! A refined environment both inside and outside, with attentive and precise service between the tables.
We tasted different dishes, including appetizers, first and second courses and then the Bonnet as a dessert. Portions are fair / generous. The photos speak for themselves. Very good gnocchi and spaghetti. To return in company to enjoy rest and good food in Monferrato
