★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso mettere 0 stelle. Comprato sia i "canederli" agli spinaci che gli "spatzle". Indecenti entrambi. I canederli erano un pastone cementizio senza gusto, i gnocchetti verdi..in teoria tipici tirolesi...sembravano proiettili. Ps: faccio in casa entrambi, e quindi non ditemi che avrò sbagliato a cucinarli. Cambiate ricette o cambiate cuoco!!!
Unfortunately I cannot put 0 stars. Bought both "canederli" with spinach and "spatzle". Both indecent. The dumplings were a tasteless cement mash, the green dumplings ... in theory typical Tyrolean ... they looked like bullets. Ps: I do both at home, so don't tell me I'll be wrong to cook them. Change recipes or change cook !!!
