Paola la proprietaria è molto disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissimo. Io preferisco il semi-integrale Unique rice in the world. The best I have ever tasted. Ho preparato il risotto con i funghi e ha esaltato ottimamente tutta la genuinità di questo tipico prodotto italiano. I wanted to share with you my opinion on Rice in Fiore: I can only say that is great! It cooks perfectly and above all it is very tasty. Ha sapore, cosa che con il riso non avevo mai notato, un pochino di olio e parmiggiano e hai fatto il piatto... Con la farina di riso poi ho fatto scaloppine, fettine di tacchino e pollo infarinate, diventano croccanti quanto gustose... Non lo consiglio troppo per paura che aumenti di prezzo... ....molti suoi competitor di qualità inferiore costano di più!!!! Lo consiglio con una crema di radicchio e noci, da sturbo.. The family owning the business is extremely knowledgeable about their produce and when I cooked the rice later at home, the dedication and expertise was felt in every bite :-) Five starts for the quality and the taste of the rice, one of the purest and best tasting products! Great to know that it is also produced thoughtfully to nature and sustainable.
