★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negli orari di apertura indicati, nei giorni 2 e 3 gennaio 2020, abbiamo trovato il negozio sempre chiuso pur avendo provato per ben 6 volte in momenti diversi. Precisiamo che non era visibile nessun cartello che giustificasse la chiusura.
During opening hours indicated, on 2 and 3 January 2020, we have always found the shop closed despite having tried for 6 times at different times. Please note that no sign that justified the closure was not visible.

Visited today and pleasantly surprised by the shop managers and by the choice of rice available. I bought several Piedmontese qualities, including the well-known Acquarello. Really a pleasure to talk with them and learn the culture of a millenary food.
