We were particularly happy with the battuta di fassona (don't miss it, a tartare of a special type of beef, which is served with salt, pepper and olive oil, and is way better than what we have tasted in France), the acciughe in bagnetto verde, the agnolotti in brasato, the brasato itself, and the bunet, sort of chocolate pudding. The wine list is very rich. We tasted a Ruchè and a Freisa. Prices are very reasonable The local wineries are also present and we had tried previously the anarchico, a full bodied grignolino. Grappa from a local producer was a charm. Three sister, who's surname Lasagna, run the restaurant. All very joyful and nice people.

Aperitivo is small but very tasty and original, it invites you to stay for dinner.
Don’t miss the excellent battuta di fassona (a kind of tartare), the agnolotti and the nut-flavoured cake.
Must call and reserve a table in advance.
